“The team here is incredible—friendly, hardworking, and doing their absolute best in a busy environment. However, management is failing them. I received a hard, stale biscuit twice in a row. It is 2026, and we all know how difficult it is to find and keep a great service team; management should be supporting these workers by ensuring quality control. Instead, the staff is left to deal with the fallout of systematic failures. To the workers: thank you for your hustle. To management: do better.“

“We had a wrong item with our order and for how busy this place was, the fries were all cold. Very disappointing for how much money you spend on a few sandwiches and fries.

My main concern was the cleanliness of this location. Cleanliness greatly affects our eating experience at restaurants with our young children. The stacks of highchairs looked like they have never been wiped off. The doors all had handprint grease smudges ALL over them
(more than just a days worth). The floors looked like they had not been swept at all that day. These are just a few examples.“

“We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. I ordered ice cream to take home to the grandkids, the manager included a few toppings for them. I appreciate you so much! Awesome manager.. awesome customer service.. great food. “Over all another great visit at Raising Cane's. The food was great, our meal was ready before i even sat down. They keep the place mighty clean, with someone always cleaning tables after guest finish their meal. That would be my quibble, we were sitting at a low table next to a hightop, when the employee started spraying the Hightop, overstay landed on our table, and the mopping up threw a few food particles on our table. Better attention to detail required, and a little training to be mindful of cleaning that would not disturb nearby guests is needed.“

“This was my first encounter with Chick-fil-A in my adult life. I have since visited countless of times. It’s always been there for me: after good days and bad ones, in the middle of finals week, the end of a busy one, and after a crappy date. It’s reliable and consistent (which is more than many people are these days). I even missed the first 15 minutes of Dune to make a stop here before my movie. I think about this particular location every now and then.“

“Very busy on a friday night. Elexus took my order. She was friendly and greeted every customer with a smile. Since I had a little wait for my order to be ready, I sat down and watched the staff all work together to get the orders out. “2026: we came to this location and had a very good experience. Our order was correct and came out in a decent amount of time. The eating area could have been cleaner, but they were surprisingly busy for mid-afternoon. So they were doing what they could. We would definitely come back here again.

2022: I do love taco bell but they need to read the order better at this location and make sure to get it right. The food was good but not entirely what I ordered.

Update: we tried going here again and it wasn't any better. They forgot to give us half of our food after we waited a long time inthe drive thru. I understand people can make mistakes but I have issues everytime at this location. The rice was crunchy too. Other than that, it was good and we do love Taco Bell in general. This location has room for improvement.“

“The last time I had been to Arby's they had their 5 for 5 deal. So it's been awhile. However I went there recently with a friend who loves their jamocha shakes which are delicious and out of curiosity I got a roast beef sandwich and brought back a lot of memories of me in the 90s chowing down on five roast beef sandwiches for five bucks!

The staff is always polite and friendly. They're quick to get your food and it's always presentable. I've only been on the inside once but it seemed kind of cold and sterile not really a warm welcoming environment.“

“The food is similar to Popeye. Chicken, fish, shrimp, and sides. Most locations that I'm aware of are located in Marathon gas stations. This particular one is on 44th street in Kentwood, Michigan. The food is pretty tasty for the most part but I think that the owners of both the gas station and the restaurant needs to focus heavily on cleaning both areas of the businesses.“

“One of the best places to get gizzards at! Wish they had a location closer to me, but I still go there when I'm in town. Chicken is always well portioned and so juicy & flavorful. I definitely recommend them to any and everyone! Must try! The livers were okay, didn't have the flavor I wanted, not sure why, but I still ate most of them for the iron. Fries always crispy & delicious! (Not pictured: chicken fingers & fries, onion rings & hush puppies) Didn't try the chicken fingers but my kids said they were delicious and juicy, didn't try onion rings but they were large and crunchy, said to be very good! The hush puppies were crispy on the outside, hot, flavorful and soft on the inside, not too dry either, very tasty!“

Chalupa's were so hard that it broke into several pieces with the first bite, the rest ended up in my lap, the guy was very nice and gave us coupons for free tacos. “I did not expect to leave a 5-Star review at this Arby’s location at all today, but i feel too strongly about my experience not to. I’ve had poor experiences here in years past, however today, my family and I decided to give it another try. When I walked in, a friend in the area called me and said he has spun out in the snow and needed help. I didn’t have a shovel or anything in my car, so I asked if they had one I could borrow from the restaurant, and they were completely understanding and let me use the shovel. I was able to go rescue him and he was extremely grateful. I went back to Arby’s to return the shovel and they were all extremely friendly. We then ordered our food and got wonderful and lightning fast service. The food was incredible, on top of everything else. This location has 100% redeemed itself and has a very special place in my heart after being responsible for saving someone during a blizzard. I would leave so many more stars if possible.“

“I like JJ but not enough to eat it frequently. But after working nearby I get it almost everyday. What got me is how they prepare it. You get every single component in every bite. What kind of ruined it for me is most locations just stuff it with meat and you have to work your way through to the mayo, jimmy peppers etc.. but here everything is balanced. I know this is just a chain fast food shop, but wow does it make a difference and I look forward to my lunches now. Just to further support this review, last Saturday I ate the Cubano at the location near 44th and Eastern. If you’re looking for crispy fried chicken with great flavor, this place delivers!

The chicken was seasoned all the way through—not just on the outside—and the coating was perfectly crispy and crunchy without being greasy. Every bite was flavorful and cooked just right. The potato wedges were cooked well, but they could definitely use a little more seasoning to make them stand out.

One of the reasons I keep coming back is because my 94-year-old father absolutely loves the whole whiting. It’s become one of his favorite meals, so I always order the whole whiting for him. He really enjoys it, and it’s nice to have a place where I know he’ll be happy with his food.

The restaurant itself shows some wear and tear, and the lobby could use a deep cleaning and a little refreshing. However, what stood out to me even more than the food was the owner. He greeted everyone with a smile, worked incredibly hard, and treated every customer with genuine kindness and appreciation. You can tell he takes pride in serving his community and is doing the very best he can.

Sometimes it’s not just about the food—it’s about the people behind it. I’ll gladly come back for the crispy chicken, the whole whiting for my father, and to support a local business owner who clearly cares about his customers.

There was about a minute wait, but the food l ordered was fresh and hot.
The Mexican Pizza that l ordered was pristine, tasty, and aesthetically pleasing.
The Melty Pepperjack Steak Burritos couldn't have been any better. Served up hot with even distribution of fillings.
The fries were great! Hot and fresh. The nacho cheese sauce was piping hot as well.
Right on down to the Mountain Dew Baja Blast that was cold and refreshing and the cup wasn't full of a ton of ice. filled with a bunch of ice.
Great experience all the way around.

“I've loved it every time I've been here. Its clean and quiet. No TVs being shoved down your throat like a lot seem to do. Every time I get either their Spicy Chicken or Dave's Double (combo, of course). Sure its not an upscale restaurant, but I would rather have good food done right than a chef trying to show off that he can make something fancy (but tastes mediocre).
This location has vastly improved over what it was like 15 years ago.“
