“The team here is incredible—friendly, hardworking, and doing their absolute best in a busy environment. However, management is failing them. I received a hard, stale biscuit twice in a row. It is 2026, and we all know how difficult it is to find and keep a great service team; management should be supporting these workers by ensuring quality control. Instead, the staff is left to deal with the fallout of systematic failures. To the workers: thank you for your hustle. To management: do better.“

“Been a few months since I've been to this location. Turns out they've redesigned their drive-thru so that if you're using mobile-thru you have to take a completely different entrance into the parking lot than what you used to. You can't even get into that line without leaving the parking lot, going out into the street and reentering through the other entrance. So when you get in the wrong line, it becomes a big catastrophe trying to get your food.“

“I have been wanting to try Papa Chops since it opened and today I was finally able to. It was a great feeling to walk in and know that I could eat anything on the menu. I chose a wrap and fries. Both were amazing! One of the best wraps I have ever have. I will definitely be back! Thank you!“

“We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. I ordered ice cream to take home to the grandkids, the manager included a few toppings for them. I appreciate you so much! Awesome manager.. awesome customer service.. great food. “It's just chicken strips with a special sauce. They charge you for extra sauce or a different sauce. You can buy a large cup of their special sauce. The fries are mid and remind of the stuff you bake at home. The staff was great. We went at the busy time so the drive through was crazy and the parking terrible. The inside looks the same as all the other ones. I really only went there because the kids wanted to go.“

“Me and my buddy were munching on a Thursday afternoon, originally planning on hitting Canes… but the line was looking like a Travis Scott concert, so we dipped. Chick-fil-A welcomed us like long-lost family. I swear the second we walked in, I felt peace, purpose, and God’s favor in that lobby.

We ordered our food, and then LISA pulled up like an absolute legend. Friendly? Bro… friendLY doesn’t even describe it. She was the definition of hospitality. She brought our food out with the biggest smile, made sure we had everything we needed, and treated us like VIPs. I genuinely felt loved. Chick-fil-A corporate needs to frame her picture somewhere.

And the food? Magnificent. Like angels were back there cooking. That first bite had me questioning every life decision I’ve ever made that didn’t involve Chick-fil-A.

10/10 service. 100/10 energy. Infinite/10 kindness.

“Came here for lunch on a Tuesday after my daughter's appointment. Was greeted by Pettra and she took our order. She helped me save a bit of $ by doing the 2 for $6 they have right now and also noticed my daughter didn't get a drink with her food so she did not hesitate to get us a cup for water (my daughter loves water so it was awesome!) awesome customer service there! “I usually always have an issue with this location, went there last night. Every single thing in my order was wrong including a hair in one of our taco’s.

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I finally decided to call the store because I’m so tired of getting shitty food from this location.
The supervisor I spoke with was very kind and apologetic and offered me to come in the next day to either have it remade or get a full refund. I went in the next day and he remade my whole order with no hesitation. Great customer service.“

“I hate how much I love this chicken. The fish is ridiculously amazing as well. I crave it on the regular and just wish it were closer to me. My favorite is the tenders with the spicy seasoning. “The front counter person asked us to use the kosick which wasn't a big deal except there were no other people in the place. Food came in adequate time although not exactly fast. It is a rare occasion to go fast food but basically was what you would expect.“

“I stopped by Subway today for lunch, and I was genuinely impressed! The restaurant was spotless, and the staff greeted me with smiles the moment I walked in. My sandwich artist took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it — fresh veggies, perfectly toasted bread, and the right amount of sauce.

You could tell all the ingredients were fresh; the tomatoes were crisp, the lettuce was bright, and the bread smelled amazing. I tried the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on Italian Herb & Cheese, and it was absolutely delicious — warm, flavorful, and satisfying.

The service was quick even during the lunch rush, and the employees seemed to take real pride in their work. The dining area was clean and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me want to stay a little longer.

“Freaky fast delivery on a new level certainly consider this if your in a hurry! They had my food waiting and ready within a few minutes of putting in my order. Also tried there delivery service and they are again freaky fast. They are about 15 minutes out from my location but had gotten here within 20 minutes after I placed my order. Very good service all around and there drivers seem to be extremely nice and considerate. If you are a first here I suggest the chicken bacon ranch toasted sub one of my favorites for sure!“
