“I ate here with friends while visiting from out of state. We were there on a Friday evening so there was a short wait for a table, but not excessive. The service was excellent and the food was perfect. It was just loud enough to have some conversation privacy, but not so loud I had trouble hearing my friends or having to raise be voice to be heard.“

“This place was so refreshing after walking around in 95 degree weather. We ordered several vegetable rolls (the pickled radish roll is my favorite) and the Zaru Soba (without tempura). The waiter was able to confirm that the zaru soba is vegan but the tempura batter is made with egg, so we just had the noodles. We really enjoyed the food.“

It was expensive and I felt like you paid for ambiance. Had heard a lot about this place but at the end it was disappointing overall“
