“I ate here with friends while visiting from out of state. We were there on a Friday evening so there was a short wait for a table, but not excessive. The service was excellent and the food was perfect. It was just loud enough to have some conversation privacy, but not so loud I had trouble hearing my friends or having to raise be voice to be heard.“

“We have eaten here twice now, while picking up our daughter at UMICH. Both times the food was excellent! Also have to give a big shout to our server Cathy, who waited on us for both visits. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes and made great suggestions for us as we learned the menu. Highly recommend Slurping Turtle!“

“Multiple vegan options, and I haven’t had anything from this place I didn’t like! The staff is also very accommodating; if you tell them you’re vegan they’ll give you alternatives. I love the vegetarian bento box but make sure to ask for it to be made vegan since I think there’s like fish sauce or something in the regular one? Super filling and the cutest spot for a date/sit-down experience. The OMG roll and the yakisoba are also amazingggg“

“Four of us came to this restaurant right after graduation. We were offered limited graduation menu. We ordered pretty much all meals on the menu. Drinks were good, food was OK and service was good. It was expensive and I felt like you paid for ambiance. Had heard a lot about this place but at the end it was disappointing overall“

“We just got specialty sushi rolls, they were all good. Our fav was the Broadway, only critic from my family was that the Salmon on the Beach had too much cream cheese lol. Very nice staff and atmosphere, there were about 10-15 tables if I had to say and it was pretty much completely full on a Monday night so I might recommend a reservation.
