I told them I wanted so fresh that they burned me. the guy laughed in the mic and made a stupid joke. when I got to the window he continued to laugh at me and told me everyone was laughing at me. when I got my fries they were not fresh. no oil was on the fries. they must of stuck them in the microwave. they tasted old as well.“

“When I walked in, the employee said she would be with me in just a minute. Thank you for acknowledging me! That's so important to me. The food came out super fast. We got two taco salads, and so the stuff that comes with it is already in a little packet, so nothing was missing. Salads were good, love the freestyle drink machine, and the setting was laid back.“

“A long day on the road in a truck sometimes leaves you stuck trying to find a good place to eat. Luckily I pulled in as they were closing, they saw my truck and opened the doors for me to order my food and offered to let me eat in, the customer service was above par for the modern restaurant, the food is fresh and fast. I'll definitely keep coming back to this location when I'm in the area, TY all for the service!

“Great food at a great price! This unassuming restaurant is a delightful surprise. Offering an extensive menu of American standards prepared to perfection, it also offers Greek fare such as gyros and baklava and shish kabob. The parking is excellent and there are tables outside available for outdoor dining if the weather permits. Close your eyes and pretend you are on a Greek island, or at least in Greek Town in Chicago. The food is that good! Andy, the friendly Greek American owner, knows his many regulars by name. He offers take out, dining in and catering. The hot dogs are Vienna Beef-terrific! He has a hot dog cart available for your next party too.“

“Very clean food is fantastic though the price matches love the memorabilia don't have to wait long if I have to complain about one thing it would have to be the brownie I got was a little crumpled and the price is a bit high but the brownie was still soft and delicious and the food is honestly worth it the employee service doesn't stand out than any other place pretty standard not rude at all but they aren't above and beyond like some other places“

“When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and kindness. The restaurant was so clean and beautiful inside. The pop and sauce station was full and clean. Received the food, and it was hot and fresh. When I left, the young lady at the counter thanked us for coming. Wonderful place to eat, and employees have wonderful attitudes.

“Great visit tonight. Big thank you to the manager, Ben, for his patience and help ordering food for my kiddo with multiple food allergies. Menu items were easily available, labeled for top allergens and good food handling protocols. My kiddo loved the grilled nuggets, fruit cup, and fries. She has never eaten at a fast food spot before but I felt very comfortable that he was so allergen aware and knew what was safe, unsafe etc without hesitation and answered all questions I had easily and happily, thanks so much.“

“We were driving through looking for a quick take out with a more non-conventional menu besides just fried fish and chicken. I noticed sides like fried okra ( very generous portion and absolutely delicious), onion rings, fried green tomato, Mac and cheese bites, etc. Those fries were phenomenal, sprinkled with an amazing garlicky seasoned peppery blend that was SO good I could barely stop eating them. The dinner portion was great with (I kid you not) an amazing crunchy breading reminiscent of the fries in flavor. I would in a heartbeat recommend this food to anyone! Don't expect a fancy place; but the counter help was efficient and friendly. I hope to stop by Big Sharks Fish & Chicken again very soon!“

“Their really wasn't nothing special about this place. I wasn't impressed with anything about this place or the service. What impressed me was the atmosphere. All the young children running for ice cream with money in hand. I'm not old but I swear it was like I stepped bin time.“

“Once upon a time I love going to Henry's up until about 4 years ago. I stopped going not because the food wasn't good any more the prices are through the roof.

Who pays that much for a double cheese burger, fries and drink and lord don't even think about adding the shake. SMH!!!!“

“The drive-thru is relatively quick the employees are respectful polite and always smiling. I've only had one minor complaint personally with their food beyond that the store always appeared to be clean and never had any issues. I eat there quite often and will continue to do so.“
