“Ordered at the drive-thru. Kitchen had my food assembled lickity split!! Chicken Quesadias were hot and fresh! As a kid I ran a Burger King for about 2 years out of the 6 years that I wasted time working there. Then i finally got the balls to enroll in tech college, but this review is not anouty career moves.
Working in the fast food industry made me despise EVERYTHING related to eating, working, and advertising fast food.
However I've eaten fast food less than a dozen times since my time working there. But for some reason the universe aligned and my taco bell food was everything it should be, hot, fresh (maybe?) , correct, and fast.
That is how it should be every time people order from from the drive thru.“

“I wanted to send a shout out to Liz and Jeri at store 10184, Coloma MI. Half of Coloma had a power outage since 4 pm the previous day and it was the 4th of July. The store was totally overwhelmed (drive-thru was double lines to the road) and customers were not understanding. Liz attended to customer complaints/request in a most professional way and was always friendly. Jeri kept taking food out to waiting cars and was also very friendly and helpful. Both were focused on getting the job done and did not get flustered or frustrated.“
