“Just had our 5 year old birthday party here today and the staff are well oiled machines! I have seen them in action one time before a year ago at another kids party and they have the party down to a “T”. Everyone is so professional and eager to help so you don’t lift a finger. “I fumbled the ball on ordering a cake in time for my daughter’s graduation. After realizing my mistake I called a few great places who were of course, booked. And Never Forgotten said hold. Talked to the Baker and made it happen including an additional request for two trays of mixed little pastries brownies cookies and one with raspberry. They are amazing at this shop where I love to snatch the infamous old world bread right off the shelf. Long story short, everything was perfect for my grad and we even called to pick it up a little late-it was “sure thing” in response to every request from start to finish.
