“I stopped in to grab a quick snack for breakfast this morning. Upon walking in I was just struck by the very cuteness of it all, the vibes were immaculate (as the kids say?). I ordered a coffee and a butter croissant. I LOVE a croissant, and always have high hopes - but more often than not I'm let down by an underwhelming bite. So, imagine my delight as I bit into the flakiest, most wonderfully textured pastry I've had in a very long time. The outside was crispy, virtually exploding like a tree struck by lightening (evidence provided of my shirt post-snack), and the inside was soft and perfectly chewy. It was a great way to start the day!“

“Order 3 pastries as well as a Dubai chocolate; the ladies forgot to pack the macaroons into the bag, but it was like 9:45 so I dont blame em. Everything did cost like 44 dollars. “I’ve went in there a few times now and they do not disappoint! We’ve tried the cheesecake, banana pudding, 3 different cupcakes, and the peach cobbler and all of them tasted sooo good! On top of that customer service is absolutely amazing…. They have played with my daughter, gave her a band aid, and actual listen and talk to her when I bring her in… and that’s a HUGE win for me! “Searching for tasty snack to feed the less fortunate I stopped by Cantaro’s Italian market and boy was I in for the surprise of a lifetime that made my day spectacular. I was taken back by the sheer beauty and wide array of products. A plethora of fresh mouthwatering baked goods throughout the store, various stations with cheeses and delicious charcuterie, Halal options for the Muslim shopper like myself, a friendly and diverse staff, and aisle after aisle of delicious looking goods stacked neatly on each shelf. Mr. Eddie told me that this location is over fifty years old! Also that everything is guaranteed fresh and stocked daily. He was even so kind as to give me a vegetarian lasagna worth nearly $20 completely free of charge. I’m incredibly grateful to my maker, Allah The Most High, Most Glorified God That I was given the great idea to stop by Cantaro’s today. I highly recommend this place to everyone that loves Italian food especially with halal options. I am positive the poor and needy will love these treats! “Came here with a friend for their holiday flight. I’d never heard of it, but what a hidden gem! The flavors of each coffee were really well done and balanced (not overly sweet!) and I even enjoyed the peppermint mocha which I’m not always the biggest mint fan.

The Tres Leches Cake Crumbl Cookie needs to be illegal in at least 17 states. One bite and I ascended to an emotional plane where I briefly forgave my enemies, remembered childhood birthdays, and questioned if I had ever truly tasted moisture before this moment.
The cookie itself? Buttery, soft, just the right level of dense.
The tres leches topping? Creamy, rich, thick without being cloying — like the center of a good hug or the first time someone sees your worth without you asking.
And when that milk-soaked texture hit my tongue?
I audibly said “Mmmmf GOD.”

I don’t know what type of Latina abuela Crumbl summoned for this recipe, but she worked overtime. And she deserves royalties.
If you get the chance — don’t share. Don’t save. Don’t even tell your friends.

“I loved the Detroit location but it's almost an hour drive away. They expanded to open on Orchard Lake Road near West Bloomfield/Keego. This location has all the same bakery goods, cafe setting, and throws in free parking. It's like having an authentic French bakery in my backyard. I am going to have to pace myself, everything is delicious but the croissants and coffee are excellent.“
