Friendly, attentive…Our breakfasts were good- The corned beef hash wasn’t what I thought it was going to be and wasn’t my favorite- I should have asked- I thought it would be an in house hash but this tasted like can CBH- Yummy pancake option instead of toast- in future husband would need to ask for his hash browns to be a bit more crisp-

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We've had many good personal dining experiences with the Dixie Diner, so when we needed 150 piece chicken order for Mother's Day, and I knew they had chicken "buckets" on the menu, I gave them a call. We had a dilemma, though. Several of the mothers wanted non-breaded chicken, rather than the amazing broasted chicken Dixie Diner is known for (if you haven't tried it yet, it's a must do!). Long story short, Dixie Diner agreed to make 50 pieces of baked chicken - and it's not even on the menu! The ladies were blown away. We got so many compliments on it, I had to try it personally. It was absolutely delicious! Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked! Calling it amazing doesn't do it justice. HIGHEST compliments to the chef! On top of that, the service was top notch. The waitress cheerfully helped me carry five trays of piping hot chicken clear to the opposite side of the parking lot without a single complaint, and still smiling when we got there. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could thank her personally. Needless to say, this is our new go-to for our special events! Thank you SO MUCH, Dixie Diner, for making all of our Mothers feel so special. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“Discovered Omega about 3 months ago and have been there at least 5 times now. Really great food (excellent burgers and omelets). The staff is super friendly and very attentive. “I've dined here many times over the years. However after PANDEMIC the portions have gotten smaller on some dishes, using smaller plates. Frequent diners notice these things. “Great place. The restaurant we planned to visit was closed. Googled and found this one close. Was a little concerned when my turkey sausage was "oily" because turkey sausage tends to be dry minus oil. I ate one patty but honestly didn't like it. Later on in the day I became sick. I ate nothing else the rest of the day. Not sure what type of turkey sausage they use. It smelled wonderful. It could have been the oil because I don't do a lot of oily foods. I would definitely visit again, just no turkey sausage. ?“

I ended up getting a hamburger and enjoyed it. It was made very delicately and was very presentable. The presentation of the hamburger was really beautiful bruschetta. Carmen went above and beyond with making sure I was taken care of while I was there. She truly is the reason I am excited to go back, and I really hope she's there when I do. If Carmen is taking care of you when you visit, consider yourself extremely lucky!!!

For food, I ate the Fresh Strawberry Pancakes and a couple of slices of Banana Nut Loaf. The pancakes were fluffy, the strawberries were fresh, the whipped cream was a little treat on top, and the banana nut bread was worth going for by itself!
