“My favorite location. Staff knows who I am. They are always informative when I ask about the new drinks and food items. Always greeted when I come in. No matter how busy. Great awesome staff. The manager Allie totally rocks.
Parking: It's inside a plaza right down the street from the local high School and other very busy businesses. So it's always busy during the school time. But when the kids are on a break it's great. Wide open.
Kid-friendliness: There's always a mom there with her kids. Getting them cake pops. While they grab their fix.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's wheelchair accessible“
“I recently visited the Starbucks in downtown Birmingham, Michigan, and it did not disappoint! This location is one of the more spacious ones I've encountered, with a nice layout that seamlessly connects the indoors and outdoors. The service was friendly as always, making the experience even more enjoyable. I treated myself to a delightful vanilla bean frappé, while one of the little divas enjoyed a strawberry frappé. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax with a great drink in a comfortable setting!“
“I like this place because nobody will try to have small talk with you and thank God because I’m shy.
The partners are too busy getting slammed by the mass orders that come in during drive thru because the line wait is tracked by corporate. So, if you are in a hurry go through the drive through or do mobile order because those have priority based metrics that are tracked.
I had a lot of time, so of course I went inside because I didn’t care if I had to wait long.
Employees seemed very nice, I never talked to them beyond 3 words which I was happy about.
I had coffee earlier so I didn’t even care that the nitro I had was half filled with foam, I took four chugs and finished it in the store before leaving.
They said hi and all that like they have to. This Starbucks reminds me of this coffee shop I went to in the Middle East because they didn’t care about anything either.
I highly recommend this location as it has that upscale and modern look. It also has that same long extended modern couch found in the other locations that have been remodeled in the last few years.
This is a great place if you want somewhere quiet where no one is talking and where hardly anyone will be inside. This Reminds me of the locations in California but with less homeless.
The lighting is done well and there’s a larger table on the side if you are in a wheel chair. I look forward to coming back when I am in the area with immense time to waste and when I don’t feel like talking to anyone. Definitely check this out, highly recommend.“
“My Mom and I go to this Starbucks location three times a week right before she goes to dialysis near by. A couple of the ladies recognize us, remember our order and are always very pleasant. I wish I knew their names, I’d love to give them a shout out and I’ll edit this review once I get their names. One of them recognized us by voice after many months of the COVID shut down in 2020 which blew my mind. That’s a very busy location and for her to remember us like that and say she missed seeing us blew our minds. The other employees are nice too. It’s a good crew!My only complaint is too much ice in my mango dragonfruit lemonade when I ask for very light ice. It’s still a 1/4-1/2 the venti cup which is a lot. Especially when you pay so much for the drink.“
“Hello I believe her name was Jen (I hope I remember her name) but either way she was amazing I came here about 6:10am on my way to work and stopped here to get something to wake me up from entering the drive through to going up to the window she was so friendly and not going to lie I been in my head all morning and her being so kind made my morning so thank you to her and the rest of the staff you guys were truly a delight to talk to for the little bit of time“
“It’s obvious that other reviews complaining about the lack of “prioritizing the drive thru” have never worked in food service or have just been too lazy to get out of the car and see what’s going on inside of the building. I can’t go through the drive thru lane most days because of the height of my work truck. The sheer number of online, drive thru and in shop orders alone is staggering. Most of the time I’m in there no one stops moving, and they still provide excellent service and seem cheerful. People just need to be more patient, or place an online order… you guys literally can’t move faster than humanly possible and it seems people are more self important than they are capable of logic and reasoning to understand how the process really works.“
