“Maria's Italian restaurant is a little spot in the lakeside town it is found in. The gluten free pizza was excellent. We had a specialty pizza called chicken pesto. It was delightful. They also feature a wide range of salads, draft beers, pizzas, and various Italian dishes. Our fellow diners looked like they were enjoying their items as well. I think you will like it too.“

“My party came in to watch the NCAA Basketball Championship game and were treated very well by our server. She was accommodating to our request to have the TVs switched to the game and greeted us very cordially and enthusiastically. Our drink orders were brought promptly along with our food, which came out pretty fast. I enjoyed the Black and Bleu Salmon salad, although I believe the price could be brought down a bit considering they don’t provide a lot of greens with the salmon filet. I was a bit surprised by the low turnout for a big game, although I might hint at the lack of specials as a possible reason for the absence of patrons. All else considered, we were treated well by our server and had an enjoyable dining experience.“

“I had a wedding rehersal dinner that exceeded expectations. Hailee our hostess was the best ever at making guest feel at home. It set the tone for the weekend. Guest were treated to a 5 course plated dinner menu. If you live in the Grand Rapids, MI area, make this a stop for true italian cuisine. “Ordered a pepperoni, mushroom and onion pizza (take out). As usual, it tasted great. BUT... we wish they would reconsider changing to "paper thin" pepperoni. The last pizza we bought there had thicker ("normal") sized pepperoni. Hope it was just a mistake with the slicer setting?“

“Came to this location for the first time a little while back. It has a typical sports bar feel. The drinks and appetizers were fast and fresh. Our main dish was made fresh and promptly as well. Our server was friendly, and it was an overall good experience.“

“We did Take Out. The person taking the order was pleasant and the gentleman that was at the counter was very nice. Food was hot and was still hot after a 15 min drive home(Thank You). We had the Lenny Bread and The Chicken Bacon Parm Pizza. Everything was delicious and their sauce was a lil sweet which I loved.“

“Some of the best New York style pizza in Grand Rapids. Any time I have to order lunches for work this is the place I go. All I have to do is call and tell them how many people and what kinds of pizza I want and they take care of the rest. They are always on time with delicious pizza and old school cheesy sticks (and oh, that sauce!). My most recent order was 15 pizzas and 5 orders of bread sticks and they were on time for delivery to the minute with everything exactly like I ordered. Can't say enough good things about them.“

“If I could I would eat at Olive garden everyday! I have tried a couple different things all amazing but my favorite has always been The chicken and gnocchi soup 10 out of 10 definitely recommend. Also try their dipping sauce for the bread sticks absolutely amazing!! The service is always awesome. And they have little "tablets" you can pay a small amount so your kiddos can play games and do all kinds so stuff. LOVE this place!!“

“I visited Uccello's Ristorante- East Beltline on a work trip recently and thought this was a nice surprise. The atmosphere is a sports bar type atmosphere. The menu looks to be very diverse but we both actually settled on the Seafood Risotto. As I have seen on some other reviews, the portions of this dish were enormous but I did find a silver lining in the portion size. It allowed us to concentrate on eating all of the seafood out of the dish and just leave the rice that we could not eat. Since we had a three-hour drive ahead of us we really didn't want to pack it up for the next day.I have to say the dish was amazing! It came out of the kitchen PIPING HOT and the sauce/rice kept in the heat for almost the entire time it took to eat the seafood out of the dish.The garlic bread was really flavorful by itself but the sauce in the risotto ON the garlic bread was insane. I recommend the use of the garlic bread in this manner!Overall, I would recommend this spot and if I find myself in this area again I would love to try a pizza or another dish.“

“Our server was new so the twelve of us kind of intimidated her. She recovered well and kept the drinks full. We mostly got pizza as a group, but it was delicious. We even went back later for appetizers and were not disappointed in the cheese fries or the mozzarella sticks.Parking: We walked from our hotel, but there was plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: It's a pizza place... great for kids.“

“I was staying at a nearby hotel and the front desk recommended this restaurant. I dined on a Friday around 5 PM. I ate at the bar. The bartender immediately came over to ask what I wanted and provided a menu. He was knowledgeable about the ample beer selection, and made several recommendations. He took my food order and the food came out quickly. I never had to wait for him to come around and check on me. He quickly refilled my beverage when it was almost empty. Televisions line the walls and around the bar. It was a locals bar and restaurant and was packed when I left around 6 :15. As an unaccompanied woman on business, I appreciate the attentive service, which is sometimes hard to come by.Vegetarian options: There were vegetarian options on the menu which weren't specifically called out.Parking: The restaurant has a good sized parking lot but it was almost full when I dined there on a Friday in March.“

“Best NY style slice I think I’ve ever had. I’ve been in the pizza review game for a few years and that perfectly cooked crunchy crust, with the sweet sauce and fresh motz. It was cooked perfectly and I almost want to cry when I realize it’s all gone. You guys know how to make pizza and it shows in the product. I’m giving Florine’s a solid 9.4 out of 10“

“These folks were busting their butts getting pies made before the Lions game. They not only had great teamwork on the line, but also were giving great customer service at the counter.Pizza has always been great from this location. Way to go Kentwood store!“
