“I've been going to the Carleton Subway at least 2 times a week for the tuna sub on flat bread. It has been an excellent and tasty was to choose a healthy dinner option.

My sub is made exactly as I like it and is an excellent value especially with available discounts. I'll order the footlong sub, enough for two meals!

I'm most impressed and appreciate the staff. All the workers have been kind, friendly, and build a sub that is absolutely delicious! Thank you!“

“The white customers stare at you while their food gets cold, and you sip your root beer float and eat your chicken fingers in all the glory of free to eat where you want. Customer service is always great. They don't always have time to wipe the tables off but it's not J Alexander's we can wipe a crumb 😂

“I’m a few days late! I was there last week when two men were working. I went thru the drive thru but they had a few cars there and I could see it was only two of them atleast I believe so. The young man Noah I believe was his name (I asked but this was like a week ago) was so so so professional curious and he was working well under a rush! Thank you Noah! I’m pretty sure he cooked the food and ran it out to myself and the other cars that were parked even if it is his job he wasn’t annoyed he spoke well and I just hope he knows as someone in customer service that is appreciated. AND THE FOOD WAS FRESHER THAN FRESH!“

“Our doordash glitched and messed up our order. It was the last of our money until morning and we were starving. Thena was working drive thru and she was so helpful and kind. She fixed the order so we could eat. These are the kind of people you need to hold on to. Give her a bonus or a raise because normally the customer service is lacking but hers was fantastic.“

“I've been eating at various Qdobas regularly since 2016...but i usually chow up in Troy since I live close to there. However I had business to do down here so I thought I'd try this one out. No offense to Troy or any other location, but I absolutely fell in LOVE with this place...including Ariona! I mostly order odd combinations but she listened and got me EXACTLY what I wanted without repeating myself, is fast, has a tremendous demeanor, is very friendly but not overdoing it (which tells me its genuine) and not that yall care but she's beautiful as well Haha. Also Kyla on the register was great as well. I tried not to beg Ariona for the rest of my visit to come work at the Troy location the whole time since this is so far away Haha. Food is fresh and the place is clean (unlike most others). And, I was there about 3 hours (waiting to do what I had to do close by) and everyone waa still laughing and pleasant when I left at 9! I didn't wanna leave! I'll definitely be back! A thousand stars!“

“I got there every Sunday and Wednesday for a Baconzilla sandwich Everytime. and Everytime, the employees take my order with a smile on their face, a couple of them even know my face and know what I want and have it ready for me as soon as I order. I have even had one employee track me down at my place of work because they messed up my order and gave me a free second sandwich, and another employee was incredibly kind and had a lot in common with my interests and we spoke and they gave me an extra fry. while the appearance of the store may seem shady, the employees are always part of the reason why I go back and why I enjoy my single sandwich.“

In app I had modified my sandwich and could see the modifications on my end but they didn't print on the receipt. I called the store to explain and Antonio helped me out. I work late and often visit after 10pm, and Blake has been working most of my visits. He is VERY polite, efficient, and always is busy! I have witnessed him with numerous online orders coming in along with in house customers and he still has a smile and professional attitude!! “I marked the office door on the map. My appointment is at 4:00 AM. If you arrive around 10:30 PM (about 5 hours early), they usually open the gate and assign you a dock for unloading. This is a good place for delivery—they typically finish unloading within 30 minutes.“

There is usually only one person working (from my experience), and if there are more than 3 people waiting, you might as well go somewhere else. It's completely unfair for this location to only have one person working. Don't get me wrong wait times. Still, aren't that bad but come on. Get 3 or 4 truckers in line and forget about it.“
