“This Hortons location Rocks! Exceptional service at drive thru or inside and food always hot. Bathrooms are clean and hot water ! Same group of workers for long time, so very little turn over! Owners and management must be doing something right!“

“I must stop & take the time out of my crazy busy life to share with you my BEST BIGGBY experience. I was at your Cedar Springs location yesterday to get coffee before going out to celebrate my sister’s birthday, etc. Anyway pulled up to the drive through & had the greatest service ever! These ladies are TERRIFIC, especially Sara was so sweet taking our order. I will definitely be stopping there EVERY time I’m in the area! “The owners are veterans, very friendly and have great customer service and makes you feel welcome . It's a local business in town which complements other service's in Cedar Springs...now you can ride or walk on the Pine Trail and pick up some healthy and nutritionous wheat bread on your way back... Now I have a reason to visit downtown Cedar Springs .“
