“Lunch sandwiches were good, but they asked if I wanted my sandwich cut in half and I said I did. When I went to share it with my mom it wasn’t cut! Also when the person taking orders and wearing a mask, standing behind an acrylic shield, helps if you SPEAK UP so your customers can hear you ... might be easier than repeating yourself ALL THE TIME!“

“We were having issues with getting a promo code added to our online order, when we went it and asked the gal, she was very invested to help us figure it out, when she could have easily said the APP is out of her control, which is typically what we hear at other locations! She and the other person went above and beyond with service. Great experience.“

“The quality of the workforce has dwindled recently. We see it every day and especially in the customer service industry. That sense of urgency or consideration for people can slip from our character. But I can say that my faith in people was restored today. Not by the quality of the food, but by the sincerity of the person making it. Even on a day only four people decided to get subway, Gabes energy was outstanding and unmatched. Thanks again, Gabe! You're going places!“
