“Stopped in for an ice cream. Got a peanut butter parfait. Perfectly balanced amount of chocolate, peanuts, and ice cream. Service was very friendly and quick. I was given a veterans discount without even asking for one (was wearing my USS ALBUQUERQUE (SSN-706) ball cap).
Table was clean as was the dining area.“

“The food tastes great and they use real chicken. It's hard to find that in a fast food place. I found in the Three Rivers store that the potato cakes tasted like fish. The sandwiches have enough meat unfortunately its clumped in the center of the sandwich. Tonight (10pm), they asked me to pull forward and wait for my dood because they're on a timer and don't want bad scores. There was no one else in line at the drive-thru. Don't they realize that the timer works in their favor. Is there a slow employee? Are they understaffed? Is there a faster way to get things done?“

“Owen & Jeremy did AMAZING tonight! Lately I get maybe 5 pieces of chicken in my chicken cantina tacos but tonight they put the exact amount that makes it perfect! Not too little, but not too much. Also all of my food was hot and fresh and each ingredient was fresh! LOVE IT!!! As a weekly consumer (I know, it’s bad) I am so thankful these two are now on the team because wow night and day difference. Buy these guys lunch, a raise, and a gift card because you guys won me back over Coldwater!“

“Great service here! I was here for a school Science Olympiad trip. The cashier (Tina) asked how it was, and said to “rock on.” Food came exceptionally fast and tasted great! No chocolate frosties when I came in, so I ordered Salted Caramel, and for a salted frosty, it tasted GREAT! 5 stars. Great experience!“

“This McDonalds by far is one of the best around. I live in Indiana but drive to Michigan to this McDonalds. Food is always fresh, friendly service and their ice cream machine works!! That's a big plus right there!! They just remodeled, haven't been inside yet, always drive thru but looks nice through windows.“

“This was our first time trying a Culver's (they don't have them where we live). I was stoked to try the fried cheese curds. I was very disappointed - we finished maybe half of them. We also got a fish sandwich (decent), Swiss melt (good, but greasy), and a root beer float (the custard was good). And maybe it's a regional thing, but all the fried foods seemed to have zero salt on them.“

“I love coming to this Subway!! The people that are there are so nice and friendly. They are very engaging with you and make sure your sub looks to your liking!!! Anytime my family wants a sub from Subway, we make sure to go to this one! I can't recall the ladies names (Sorry ladies) but David is great!!!“

“Swear on everything I've ever held I pulled in here to get from in front of a cop. Then he pulls in behind me. One gets out the other just stares at me so I figured I had to get out.I ordered a BMT standing behind the cop that went in. Then I got a cookie cause they hadn't pulled out. The cookie was so good.I forgot about the sub I had put in the backseat until 3 days later.“

“Wow that's expensive for a sub. Sorry, yes they're very tasty. But never enough meat or cheese. Chintzy these days I guess I have to go with that. Yes very tasty ? bring back the subs from what it was when you first opened up your sub shop.

“Placed mobile order and walked in they told me everything was in the bag. I get home and there are just sandwiches no chips or cookies. Lesson learned don't take them for there word. Called the store and manager gave me a credit for missing items all in all sandwiches were really good“

“Great subway, the guy in there has great customer service.. the blonde girl with the glasses was so rude towards my whole family and even the attitude she was giving the guy she was working with. As we get to the register she takes off and pulls out her phone after giving him more attitude. Smh she needs some lessons on how to treat customers and coworkers.“

“We loved all the food! Great wings and pizza! We ordered the stuffed crust pepperoni and it’s delicious! Wings were spicy too just the way we love it! Plenty of sauce too! Also ordered the garden salad and Buffalo salad great size! No brown lettuce which is a huge plus !!“

“Update: Their manager, Angel,
reached out to me today and offered to redo my previous order for free. She was very understanding, apologetic, and she was very polite. She was also very quick, she reached out to me around 10:30am and had everything ready at 11:00am for carry out. The sauce amount was perfect(my partner and I always order extra sauce) both pizzas and breadsticks were cooked perfectly, perfect amount of cheese, the sauce types were correct. Oh my gosh and we actually got our toppings! Compete 180° from what we normally get. 10/10 some of the best Pizza Hut we’ve ever had
Past review: Please actually listen to what the customer ordered. I’ve tried ordering several times pizza a certain way, and it’s offered without even having to specify, and every single time it doesn’t happen and the pizza is just gross. Most recently one pizza was over baked and the other was underbaked and neither had the correct customizations, and the breadsticks tasted like they had been sitting out for hours??? Nothing about it was appetizing, and whenever it comes to wanting extra or light anything they never deliver even if you’re PAYING for it. Whether it’s a topping, sauce amount, or cheese amount, this location is god awful at paying attention to the customer’s order. Every time you go in the staff are lifeless, no matter how friendly you try to be towards them they act like it would kill them to even respond to a “hello” or “thank you”, if you say anything they visibly frown and just respond “name.” They act so miserable you can feel that everyone hates their life before you even walk in, and it’s expressed on the outside as well. There’s always litter everywhere. This is not how a business should be taken care of. This location severely needs better management, and obviously the staff is miserable and needs better pay, because they surely won’t ever earn a tip from most people.“

“One person working. He had no help and kept apologizing. I told him to quit apologizing and thanked him for coming to work unlike lazy people who don't want to work. Stood in line for 40 min while one person was trying to do walk ins and internet orders. Shame on subway for letting this happen. The guy did great and the food was delicious as always. Subway did bad by this guy and should feel ashamed.“
