My sandwich was very specifically customized, and I told her it was my fault for being late and that a remake wasn’t necessary. She didn’t hesitate. She asked again and very sweetly assured me it was no problem at all.

This was close to closing time. Most people would have been focused on wrapping up the night. Instead, Katie went the extra mile without being asked, without rushing, and without a hint of inconvenience. She genuinely cared that my food was fresh and exactly how I ordered it.
