“Coffee and donut shop that also offers breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Quick serve. Coffee is a medium blend flavor, in my opinion, even when I choose the dark roast. The menu includes cold brew, blended drinks, and kettle potato chips. I rated the food 4 stars because they do not offer jelly/jam condiments at any locations. Sometimes you want a bagel with strawberry jam, just saying !“

“I previously left a review under my Google account, but I felt inspired to leave another review. I am using my husband's Google account. This 5 star review is specifically directed toward a woman named Mary who works the afternoon shift.

I've been to this location many times, typically in the morning. I now avoid coming to this location in the morning because of order and staff issues. Some of the morning staff needs to shape up, maybe give them a guide on customer service to help them along, or replace them with someone who appreciates their job.

Getting back to Mary.. From beginning to end she expresses excellent customer service. She's very friendly! I can tell she takes care in preparing my order. She's a great example of what customer service should be like. I don't feel the need to go to another Tims when I'm craving an early evening ice cap. Thank you Mary for making me feel welcomed and like a valued customer.“
