The staff was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. You can feel the positive energy the second you walk through the door—they greet you with a smile, ask questions about your order, and make you feel like more than just a customer. Now let’s talk about the cake batter ice cream… WOW. This is hands down my favorite flavor, and Cold Stone has absolutely perfected it. It’s rich, smooth, and tastes exactly like fresh cake batter—but even better. I paired it with cookie dough and rainbow sprinkles, and it honestly felt like I was eating dessert in heaven. The texture is always perfect, and the way they mix in your toppings right on the cold stone is pure magic. I’ve been to other Cold Stone locations before, but this one in commerce takes the crown. Clean store, fast service, and they actually take the time to get your order just right. If you’re craving ice cream and want the best of the best, this is the only place to go. The dining room is comfortable and in good clean condition with different nooks to sit in. In my opinion, the food is a higher quality than something like McDonald's. Quality meats, fish, etc“
