“If you are a health nut , probably not for you. The service is amazing! Blaire has a special place in my heart, she is great with guests! Ken is the real deal, straight shooter, great with guests and his food is pretty darn good. I do wish you could go back to the other coffee though!“

“First experience there, just came in for a growler of sneak attack vacation. I walked in and was greeted right away by a super friendly waitress who was genuinely eager to help. She took my order and filled my growler quickly, and thanked me for coming in. Excellent service!“

“We eat at Shortys once a week. We love the specials (great smoked wings, smoke ribeye hoagie and lasagna just to name a few), excellent pizza and sandwiches. Service is speedy and friendly every time. It can be loud sometimes if it’s a full house but then other times is a quiet atmosphere.“

“It is a mostly standard Mexican place. Portion sizes and prices are reasonable.The atmosphere feels very hometown, very cozy.Chips still come with the meal without question (not true of some now). I didn't love the salsa, but they had a taco sauce that was really good my uncle knew to ask for.As a random treat for my kids, the train looks like it'll come directly into the store. Not sure how often it comes by, but that was cool.“

“Offers most of the standard pub food. Had a crunchy chicken wrap, which was really good. Menu is not too big and offers a variety. They offers specials daily and decent selection of beers and a full bar. Some TV's inside so a fine place to catch a game.“

“I had the best bacon cheeseburger that i have possibly, EVER had. Delicious. Real meat. Made into a not so perfectly round patty. Fresh vegetables that they cut themselves. Bacon cooked to perfection along with my burger so it was crispy and there was a lot of it. Absolute utopic eating experience. Who knew i could feel this way about a cheese burger? “I hosted a group dinner at this place on Leap Day. When I set up the reservation it was for about 25 with plans for me to call a few days out. I forgot to call but they called me back the afternoon of the event. It turned out to be such a beautiful day, 60's no snow, that 35+ showed up to my 4PM event. I called them back as promised and said there would be 35+ for the 6PM reservation, and everyone would be responsible for their own bill. By 6:15 the group had grown to over 53 guests in our party the weather made travels much better than expected.... The staff didn't bat an eye or turn us away. They sat us all and still had 1 or 2 tables open most of the time. The wait staff and Manager (Owner?) busted their butts! Everyone was talking, several of the group were walking around between tables. Food came out of the kitchen as fast as it could and for the most part was timely and hot. I didn't hear of a single error of anyone's order. In fact most complemented at how good the food was. The place was perfect for our large group. The food and service were top notch. Several of us liked it so much last night we returned the following day for another awesome meal I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning In the near future from Kalamazoo with family to meet other friends here. Thanks to the kitchen and wait staff for an awesome meal and service!!!!“
