“It’s fast food, the only reason people rate this is to complain. But this location actually puts orders out correctly and if they don’t all you have to do is call/or come back letting them know what happened. Lots of Karen’s thinking this is a family owned restaurant 🤷‍♂️“

“Ordered around 1pm on 3/1. Probably the best order I've ever received from Door Dash or Uber. All the utensils were in the bag, the food/wrappers were clean and folded up nicely. Nothing was covered in grease. It looked like someone actually took pride in their work, well done.“

“I was recently in this establishment and ordered a sweet iced tea. I did notice that they were quite busy so I did expect a little bit of a delay. The staff was extremely understanding about everything and they were trying to help as many customers as they could seeming how all of the staff had just clocked in and the previous shift had not given them any information about what was happening or the orders that were already in process. That poor manager on that shift was just being hounded by customers that were being extremely rude because they had a longer wait time for their food, when it was indeed the first shift that never told her anything. I even heard her explain to a customer that she was extremely sorry and was trying to her best but she had just clocked in and nobody had given her any information about what was happening at that moment. It did take quite a while to get just a single iced tea, but this is to be expected when there are at least 10 plus people in line seemingly five staff members and customers that are extremely rude and disrespectful. Overall the second shift team of this McDonald's seems like they were trying their hardest to figure everything out when first shift had never given them any notice of what was happening.“

“Had a great experience here. The level of service I received went above and beyond, prompting my review. Karen was so attentive and kind, confirming every piece of our order and upselling where she could. She was the sweetest person and made me feel as if I was eating at her home. I hope someone in management recognizes her excellent attitude.“

“Our high school golf team was in town for a tournament and I ordered pizza from Blaze. The door dash driver went to the wrong address/only picked up half our order. I called and talked to Anthony at Blaze. He was super friendly and professional. He remade our order free of charge and gave us some cookies for the inconvenience. It was not his fault whatsoever. I was very impressed with his customer service. He didn't owe us anything. It is rare to get solid customer service anywhere. I would order from them again.“

“I have ordered from this Arby's multiple times both through door dash and in store and every time I have throughly enjoyed my visits and food. The food always tastes fresh and is prepared quickly even during peak times and I have as of yet to be disappointed. I truly appreciate this Arby's and the work they've done“

“My family and I went for the first time on Valentine’s Day for lunch and we were greeted with friendly warm smiles from the employees. So many great options to choose from the menu! I got the Greek wrap and it was phenomenal, from the warm pita to the fresh veggies and the chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly! The homemade chips were salty and fried the way I prefer them! Another reason I would recommend Grand Grillin is because they are affordable you get a loaded wrap with chips and drink for only $9.50! Great deal for the quality of the food and service! We had a great experience and will be back many more times to come!“

“We came for take out on 6/9/25 The original order came out incorrect as we waited in the takeout line. I went back inside to let the staff know, and they went to the manager to show him What was wrong. Ali was The manager on duty and was very apologetic and made it right immediately. I appreciate his diligence and his willingness to make sure that the customer was happy and I left very satisfied. “This Arby's on Pennsylvania Ave has the best beef and cheddar sandwich, curly fries and chocolate shake of any Arby's I've ever been to. The employees are friendly and you can tell they take pride in their work because everything there is excellent! ?“

“I have lived around here a while now and frequented this Taco Bell often. What I have seen is a continual effort to be better. I honestly believe the staff puts in real effort and works hard. I had previously rated this place lower, but the staff are great. The only issue this place ever has it that it the only place open after midnight. It’s not uncommon to see long drive through line, but I no doubt that they are working as fast as anyone would. The few times there has ever been any issue they have fixed it. Tonight I ordered through a third party and a side sauce was missing (2AM on a Saturday ) I called, and put in another delivery and they added everything missing. Even though I’m sure they were swamped they went out of their way to make it right“

The restaurant is in a good location with easy access to I-496, so it is convenientl to access if you are heading North or South.

“On Saturday, 9-14-24 @ 12:30 a.m., my family and friends were hungry and called all around for a place to deliver pizza. I had a houseful of people watching UFC and boxing simultaneously. I called Happy's Pizza, which is less than 1 mile from the house, and they said the driver is done, but we could do pickup. Of course, no one wanted to go get it. I ran across Cottage Inn, and the young lady asked for my address and asked, "What would you like?" I was so happy! We all were. The pizza arrived within a 1/2 hr. It was hot! Same with the bone in wings, and they threw in garlic breadsticks! Because they were closing. Thank you, Cottage Inn for feeding a house full of hungry guys. You truly came through. The food is good, it arrived hot, it arrived even though it was late at night, what more could a mom ask for? ?“

“Panera food is all the same usually but I asked for extra say e on my sandwich and I didn't get that. The survive was slow bur they were busy so not bad and the business building atmosphere is a strange one to be sure it's very busy so I wouldn't recommend studying but at off times if perfect I especially like the chairs by the window

Vegetarian options: The tomato soup is very good. I also like the medatranian sandwich, and the grilled cheese is always very good. If they have 10 vegetable soup, 100% get it!!! It's one of the best things they've had on their menu.“

“Subways are always so harshly rated - this Subway is clean, the bathrooms were even clean. This Subway was well stocked, the veggies were vibrant, the bread fresh, and the chips were the choicest. “We had Long John Silver's. The fish was awesome but the chicken was tough and weirdly chewy in texture. Everything else....fries, hush puppies and coleslaw were all good. We were just disappointed about the chicken. If we had known it was like that, we'd have gotten all fish.“

I called and the employee immediately apologized and said they had a new employee that accidentally left it on the grill. They said I could come back now or another day. I came the following day and they gave me my missing taco plus one for the wait and inconvenience. Great customer service and friendly employees“
