“I love bringing newcomers to Asian Corned Beef for their first corned beef eggroll. All come skeptical, all leave wanting more. What a unique treat that you must come experience. Get the one with corned beef, swiss, and kraut. Be sure to add the duck sauce. They can be life-altering if they come fresh out of the fryer. My only complaint is this location has no seating indoors or out. Get at least 3.“

“This was my go to Chinese food back in the day when I lived in Detroit. Haven’t been able to get good Chinese food north of 8 mile in a while. Decided to drive to Detroit to check out Chan’s again. Almond chicken and shrimp fried rice, just like years ago. I had a hard time calling in to place an order, but finally got through with food ready in 15 min. Arrived and waited 45 min. Although irritated on the wait, was well worth the wait. Don’t forget the egg rolls. The best of the best. Highly recommended.“

“The sushi was delicious. It was quick to come. I waited longer to be seated and order than it took to come out once ordered. The staff was definitely working hard but there was a huge influx of people. Pro tip is to ask for the check as you order so you can pay when the food comes and not wait for them to come back with the check at an undetermined time. The couple next to me waited 10-15 minutes to pay.“

“The last couple of days, I've stopped there in the morning after work. Both times was before 8am. I got cheese and olive pies, and they were made fresh, right before my eyes. Both days, they let me sample meat pies, and today, a dessert (baklava, I think). Only after coming home and checking to see how late they are open did I realize that they weren't even open when I went in! I guess the door was unlocked for employees. Even so, they were so kind to me. All smiles. They have earned my love, respect, and business. I definitely play to visit more often, and during normal operating hours!“

“Usually I get delivery, first time dining in. Small, cozy place, friendly staff. Food was really good, great selection of sushi. Fish was very fresh. Prices very reasonable, they have parking at the fron. Will be back.“

“Mays is a goto for me!!! I’m in love with the King Ka Lee I believe. It’s the yellow curry with rice, chicken and potatoes. Perfect for a winter day. The food is always cooked fresh and you can watch them cook it. It’s really fast I like to order when I get there because it only takes a real 5 mins. And I add a Thai tea for the spice. Ima medium + spice kinda guy. If you want to go crazy add mushrooms.“
