I had placed an online order at the Starbucks on 10 Mile and Greenfield Rd. Received confirmation my order would be ready @ 7:09am. When I arrived at the store, they were closed. They had already taken my money. I contacted Starbucks on 8 Mile and Woodward. Explained the situation to the shift manager(can't remember her) and she took my order with no problems. When I arrived my order was ready and correct. Thank you for accommodating me.
I was not only thoroughly impressed with the service, but I was touched. I called this Starbucks on Sunday, December 17th to see if I could get a box traveler of coffee in an hour. I was coming from Canton to serve the homeless in the city. The manager was honest about the wait but assured me she would try her best to help. Not sure what they’ve done here but there’s a lot of new staff and they’ve really turned the place around. They’re generally happy and always willing to accommodate my difficult order. Haven’t had mistakes or bad attitudes or a long wait in a while. Wasn’t going here for a while but the workers are doing a great job.
