“Ordered a personal pizza. Was really good. Crunchy crust, not too thick. Sauce was the right amount and cheese was perfectly melted.

Interior of the building was very clean, and very spacious for customers to be separate from one another.

Parking: Free parking is behind the building off the main street. Can be hard to find if you dont know your way around.

Kid-friendliness: Brought my two little ones both under 3 with me and they had a great selection of kids meals and had booster seats and high chairs available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Its ground floor entrance. Very easily wheelchair accesible.“

“We were able to be seated immediately... just barely beating the dinner rush. We chose to dine here based on their advertisement/support of the high school swim & dive team. My swimmer and I enjoyed our food and wait staff. The lower atmosphere grade comes from the cold draft that didn't seem to stop as other patrons came and went. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.“

“This is a 5 star restaurant serving 2 star martinis. The glasses are not chilled nor do they have a stem to keep your warm hand off the bowl of the drink. A better glass would enhance the experience for us martini lovers and complement the food!“

“My go to breakfast spot closed (Angelo's in Ann Arbor) and I've been trying to find somewhere in dexter or pinkney and have been so disappointed. I've tried them ALL and this was my last place to try! I took my 92 year old grandpa in and we were both so impressed! The atmosphere was great, nostalgic for grandpa! The food was phenomenal. Prices were better than other local establishments for much better food. They were jam packed and we still got our food pretty quick. I can't wait to go back! Make sure you get the American fries for breakfast. Haven't had anything comparable to those anywhere.“

“I have gone here on three different occasions, for three different tasting menus. Every time I was surprised by the offerings and everything has been delicious. We were lucky enough to catch the last day of their special pierogi menu night, and it was one of the best meals I’ve had this year. Amazing!“

“My work has ordered many times from Alpha Coney. Today we place a order for 4 lunches for pick up. Today they decided to charge a 20% large party fee. They never have done that in the past. We just got lunch from the restaurant last week and our bill was over $50. No fees then! You have lost our business!!! We will be supporting other businesses in the area!“

“Our waiter was absolutely amazing at the Chelsea location today! He was training a young lady and honestly I feel she is learning from the best! He did tell us his name a couple times and of course I can not remember... “We had dinner on a Wednesday night in December. It was not busy at all, but we had a pleasant evening. The menu is very interesting and the two items we selected were nicely presented and very tasty. We also had an exceptional dessert. Service by Kristina was excellent - professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The wine list is extensive albeit a bit pricey. \n\nWe very much enjoyed the experience. Two minor items that seemed to be unnecessary and took a little shine off of the experience - charging us a crazy amount for soda water from the bar was ridiculous, especially considering they were out of the normal bottled sparkling water available. Most restaurants would have just offered that gratis. And charging a credit card fee for such a significant dinner bill. We understand this may be standard practice some places, but with the entree and wine prices being substantial already, it seems this would be better not added on top.“

The manager Roy went above and beyond in several ways! He took the time to explain to us how the building used to be an old sawmill and that’s why the decor is the way that it is such an eclectic beautiful place! The server Alyssa was patient with my 81 year-old mother with a smile on her face taking her time with Mom and myself to answer all of our questions! Wish I could give her a raise because she’s one of the best servers I’ve ever had!“

This year's Christmas show was very challenging for the actors requiring them to voice multiple characters often within the same conversation. “I dined with my 4 year old & two 13 year olds. We all shared two baskets of fries, a Club and a tenders app. Including a beer & Pepsi the total only $50. The real 5 ⭐️ goes to the service staff. I’ve truly never experienced better. My toddler dropped her water glass which shattered under our table. Before I knew what had happened the staff were at our table to help. We stood out of the way where someone helped me dry her pants & replaced her water. The staff cleaned the mess then moped/dried the floor within ~3 min. It was AMAZING. Thank you!!“

Owner Jo is usually taking the orders and offering an amazing variety of choices. The waitstaff, especially Amanda, make sure the coffee and the smiles are always flowing. If you've not been to Afternoon Delight you are really missing something.“
