The ambiance is cozy rustic with nautical accents and a memorable view of Lake Superior. Cocktails are artful, as are the wine and beer offerings. The Brussel sprout salad with home-smoked bacon and house-made dressing was incredible. The ribs are generous, tender, smoky and accompanied by house-made spicy-sweet BBQ sauce with a hint of citrus. Vietnamese influences appear in some dishes and this evening, even in a Vietnamese Tiramisu! What an imaginative and satisfying dining adventure. “I love stopping into this local spot in Algiers Point! It’s a great spot to treat my kids to fries, a Coca Cola, and some soft serve with chocolate and sprinkles. “Such an eclectic menu! From walking tacos to wraps to pizza. Her pizza is THE BEST! The crust is not dense and has a lot of flavor. The cheese is nothing you have probably tasted before on a pizza. I enjoyed the BBQ Chicken Wrap. It was enough for two people. Afterwards, if you have enough room, she has a pretty big selection of ice cream. A few choices are not your typical favors too.”

“We arrived about 20 minutes before 11am on a Wednesday and there was a short line from the door. I had no cell service so everyone was chatting with each other which was nice. The shop is small so only a few people enter at a time. The prices are on the mid to high side but worth it for the high quality ingredients. NOTE: The cinnamon rolls are only sold on Saturdays.”

“What a surprise to find this gem - the parking lot is full for a reason! We had one of the best burgers and definitely the best, fresh, tender fried whitefish. Good drinks and the best service in ages from a friendly server who anticipated our every need. Would eat here every night. Make a reservation if you want to be sure to get in - we risked and they accommodated us without one.”
