“We really enjoyed our first visit! Food was really good, prices were fair, and staff was so friendly!! We didn’t even realize it is a bowling alley too. The burger was great, 1/2# so nice filling size. Breadsticks were great too. Wife liked the ranch, I liked the pizza sauce. Clean modern bathrooms too, always a plus.“

“We stopped in while passing through town and we are so glad we did. The beer selection had something for everyone! We shared a flight and each beer was better than the last. The staff was fun, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the brewery itself was so laid back and had such a cool vibe. We ended up ordering a snack which was also amazing. Can’t recommend this brewery enough. We will make a point to visit next time we are nearby.“

“This place is a cool little spot. A few tables and a bar, divey in a good way. All the drinks are in cans and bottles. The guys who served us (and the whole place) was always moving, polite, funny, and quick. The place was full so the food took about 20-25 minutes but well worth it. Huge portion sizes, we got a burger, a Philly cheese steak sub, and a half order of fries. The food was great and the half order of fries was about 4 regular portions, so come hungry. The place was clean and ran like a well oiled machine, we'll definitely be back again!“

“We aren’t from Portland but make the drive because we love the atmosphere. Crystal is amazing with kids and whenever we ask our two kids where they want to eat they go just to see her. The outdoor area overlooking the river is really nice too!“

Was they eat a bunch of free food and won't give you free food as a employee, but after a while, they free loan off of it morning, you in a way and kept lying in a sand that was paying for it? And I know when you work at some place like that. You can't buy that kind of food 3 and 4 times a week. Salama little smarter than a surveillance to ever peep out. “A very friendly bar that we have loved to go to for probably the last 10 12 years. The owner is a great gal and the clientele are always friendly. Schafers always feels like at at home bar. We have no problem driving from Portland Westphalia to have a cold beer or a drink it's certainly worth it. I have met so many wonderful people here over the years. We do not mind that they don't have food because we always run down to Diana's and get subs and Schafer's doesn't care if you eat them there.“

“This was my first visit ever to Bob Evans. The whole experience was excellent. The egg and meats omelet with cut potatoes, the turkey dinner, the tea, the rolls, the banana bread, the service, the prices, the clean atmosphere, everything was perfect. My husband bought a Bob Evans' cap for 10 bucks. We will definitely be stopping at Bob Evans every chance that we get.“

“Stopped in for a chicken sandwich. It came out and I cut it in half to handle it better and immediately noticed raw in the middle. I flagged the bartender and she whisked the plate away to the kitchen for review. After speaking with the manager who wanted to comp my whole meal, drinks and everything I could tell the kitchen was rushed so I didn't mind waiting a bit longer for another one to be made. I could tell everyone involved was mortified and even overheard the bartender saying the manager was letting the kitchen staff have it regarding chicken temp. I cook at home quite a bit so I understand mistakes can be made when you're hurried. Bartender and manager apologized profusely and all was well. I was impressed that they took it seriously and made it right.“
