“I was happy to find this restaurant after moving to Mid-michigan. I gave it four out of five starts as I am now having to figure out how to keep their system from retaining my credit card on file. I ordered online a few times and used it in their store. I am learning the Toast system retains your credit card. I couldn't remove it from their file yet. It looks like I might have to create an account, although they have my info already. This is for awareness as there are more restaurants using this program on their credit card screen reader. Not cool and there should be a way to prevent this from happening. I just want to pay for my meal. I don't want to be electronically stalked nor did I give permission for my credit card to stay on file. I will be providing this information on all restaurants that have kept my credit card without letting me know it will be retain when I pay for my food.“

“I went to the drive thru for the first time today and I had a lot of questions about the food, pricing, and basically everything related to the restaurant. I cannot believe that in this day and age where nobody seems to care about their jobs or customer service just how incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional the young man working there today was. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. When I got home I found the food to be fantastic. I ordered jumbo chicken tenders, which were fresh, tender, and juicy. They are perfectly seasoned and have a tiny kick of spice to them. The ranch dipping sauce is also delicious. 10/10 biscuits that have an amazing buttery, and perhaps a slight honey flavor on the outside, which has a thin flaky crust, with the inside being moist yet fluffy. Not dry at all like at other places. The red beans and rice have a deep smokey flavor with a tinge of spice, and were very satisfying. Overall, I had a great experience, and if you are that young man's boss and you are reading this, whatever he is earning he deserves a raise. I cannot recall the last time I had such great service in a drive-thru or anywhere else when getting food recently. Truly a top-notch customer service and fast-food experience for me.“

“Been coming to this store for years now. Always loved it here. The renovations really make it feel a lot more welcoming and comfortable. The chicken is always solid. I stop here all the time. Never had a complaint. The biscuits are even good when they've gotten a little crunchy. Get em quick cuz they go fast for a reason. The blueberry biscuits are addicting for sure. Idk what's going on with he other Krispy krunchy spots in Lansing but this one stays solid“
