Of the 4 times my family and I have been there, the food is always pretty good and in plentiful amount. Service has ranged from fair a year ago to awful now. Missing items, no drink refills, server hiding to avoid work since you are auto-gratuitied 20%; there is no incentive for the servers to do a good job, to the point I had to go to the kitchen myself to get plates. The food was absolutely delicious!!! Oysters were fresh and tasted great. Best crab rangoon I've ever had!!! Crab legs were a nice, healthy size (not them skinny ones most restaurants serve). Great customer service!!!
