Then called her husband and had him come up later that day to harass the owner, And her employees. “Tried Wokabob for the first time today and my mind is blown. This place makes better Thai food than the Thai places. Probably the best Thai fried rice I’ve ever had. Flavor and spice level are on point. The portions are huge. I’ll be eating this for 3 days. We also had the chicken and steak shawarma bowl. Much better than the other places that don’t even make it on the rotisserie. I ordered 2 dinners and 2 egg rolls and the bag I walked out with felt like about 12 pounds. “I haven't been in this area for several years, but it was on the way back from an appointment, and I thought I'd look it up and there they were.It's changed hands management wise a couple times but the food did not fail.My waitress Zang, was absolutely precious.I have some arthritis in my hands.And they were really stiff, and I asked her if she would help me ladle out the soup & then pack my leftovers up for me. She was so gracious and kind, over& above the call of duty. The fresh shrimp rolls were fabulous.I had forgotten that they had the peanut sauce.I'd been getting them at another restaurant that's on my regular route, that has a sweet clear sauce. So when this came to the table, it threw me. I'm pretty sure when I visited several years ago,it was a lighter brown- it was fabulous! Bless her heart, Zang brought me a side of the clear sauce, too. The tom yum soup was terrific.Loaded with shrimp and shrooms, and you can see it's a good size portion. My bill was $20. You literally cannot beat that with a stick....so be kind to your wait staff and tip good!“

“I've ordered carry-out from May Hong before and it's always been amazing. It's ready when I've walked through the door and piping hot, plus tasty. A personal favorite is the Sesame Chicken. Egg rolls are also delicious!

However, a friend and I decided to dine in two weekends ago. There may have been a rush before us that had just left, but there was only a single clean table available, and one staff person handling all the orders and cleaning.

We ordered, and I waited half an hour--no exaggeration--for a bubble tea. I decided to try something new that night, the honey chicken. No real taste of honey to be found. Stick with the Sesame or Sweet & Sour Chicken since you can't go wrong with those.

Also, the booths? A group of people left behind me and new people came in. Every time someone moves behind you, you can feel it and it's quite jarring when you're trying to eat.

The staff person we dealt with tried her hardest, and she was very, very nice, just severely overworked.

May Hong is still worth ordering from for the food, but keep it to carry-out. Dining in isn't the best experience.“
