“The subway was very extremely clean, and the two young guys behind the counter were very pleasant and they allowed me to be able to sit in the corner for a couple hours waiting for a cheer competition to get done. And as I was sitting there, they made me feel welcome they interacted with me. I watched them interact with customers, and they were just outstanding and amazing. I would drive an hour out of my way to come to the subway any day.“

“Well, they've renovated it again and taken away even more seats... and the pop machine. It gets smaller inside after every reno. One more reno, and we'll have to sit outside or in the bathroom. Only three tables left at the front and a couple by the bathroom; getting closterphobic. Also lost the sweet round family table... should have invested in a floor cleaner so the floors weren't so damn slippery...very disappointed.“

“got the soft shell tacos yesterday. Glad they fixed the flavorless meat problem. These tacos were really good. Wait time was not too long at the drive thru. Some at Taco bell is working to fix the problems at this store and I just want to say thank you so much. I was even impressed by the fact that we got more meat and less lettuce. “LJS has been a favorite for eons. What's not to like.... fried fish and those yummy hush puppies!! I think they changed the tartar sauce, and it's even better now.

We went late last night. They were closing but still took our order. We ended up waiting about 10 minutes for our food, (Which we didn't complain about because they had a lot of stuff cleaned up already.) and the girl was soooo apologetic and very sweet!
Sorry I didn't get her name, but that's the proper way to handle a situation!!

I'm so tired of crappy attitudes of people in so-called customer service at many other places, but this girl at LJS offered an apology and a smile.... she did everything right!!“

“I was very leery of ordering from Popeye's on Michigan St, after some of the reviews I've read. However, I was pleasantly surprised by friendly staff and prompt service. The time from ordering in the drive thru to leaving with my meal was less than 5 minutes, and the food was fresh and delicious. I'll be back!“

I've been eating there five days a week going on six years i get two egg cheese sandwiches, 630am all I haft two say got any eggs then drive to the window they all have big smile my sandwiches are In the bag love the people and the food. The asiago/rosemary bread is just so darn good!!! Every time we make the trip to Mishawaka/Sound Bend, we plan our lunch at JM's around it!“

“This location needs to teach ask the other stores how to make a bean burrito!!! Every other store you get one end with a bite of red sauce, and cheese (1/4 of the burrito)... then the rest of the burrito is dry beans. This location, you get everything in every bite. So if I'm not close to this spot while on my route, I dont eat lunch.“

“I have had good luck with this Jimmy John’s. Not every order has been perfect but nothing that has made me regret ordering. Today the delivery driver went above and beyond. I spilled my drink just inside my doorway and she stayed to help me clean it up. I’m a paraplegic so cleaning liquids on the floor can be a little tough for me. She even drove back and got me another drink after we cleaned up the one I spilled. I didn’t get her name but she definitely went above and beyond when she didn’t have to do any of it. I appreciate her help and kindness. She’s definitely a keeper.“

“Price's are always a bit much, other then that no real complaint, except the triple truffle is gone, I think that's what is was call the one being served for valentines day... The Reese's extreme or what ever it was called is gone, two of my favorites, a employee accidentally put cookie dough in the first one and I started ordering it that way, the past 5-6 times they don't flip the blizzards I still pay but I thought Dairy Queens moto is if it's not flipped it's free hmmm so I'm owed about 5-6 free blizzards ??“

“So I worked at this Arby's for a long time. Past tense. But I am a big fan of it. It is clean, the dining room is attractive with all the windows. The food over all is good. I gave it a low score because they do not slice their meat to the right thickness. It is supposed to be thin enough that you can read the paper through it. When it is, they are super fluffy and might make up for the small portions (that are dictated by corporate). I also think the frying could be better. Summing up, if you are willing to spend the extra money for Arby's, this is a good one. My complaints are purely nitpicking and apply to every Arby's I have been to for years. The fries are good, they have Mellow Yellow.

Vegetarian options: The only way you can have vegetarian is if you customize åñ existing sandwich. They can also do lettuce wraps (but don't ask for this in the drive thru as they have to get and use new heads of lettuce from the cooler). However, they do have a lot of ingredients. Their oil, of course, does not include tallow and in general they are supposed to use a different frier for the sides than for the chicken or fish.

Parking: Parking is no problem. Lot on two sides. Has good lighting at night and is in a good area.

Kid-friendliness: Very nice dining room with big windows. Many times not super busy inside so a little running around or loud voices can be tolerated

Wheelchair accessibility: Has a curb to get in. No automatic doors and it is not possible to see someone pulling up from behind the counter. So I would not plan on goojg alone. Wheelchair accessible right in front of main door. Has tables with chairs so can be used for wheelchair accessibility.“
