“There is no welcoming atmosphere. It's a bar. They don't care if you're there or not. That said, or server was sufficient, friendly enough, but not looking to make friends. It wasn't busy, but our food still took a very long time. I'm sure it was hand-crafted in the kitchen, so I wasn't too salty about that. We shared a 1lb burrito; it was good. We are used to our fellow northern Michiganders to be somewhat more friendly than the next guy, so I was a bit disappointed with that, but I did not take it personally. If Mill Street Pizza is closed, this is definitely a decent option, but not if you're in a rush.”

“Its definitely worth the hour drive to have the fantastic subs they make I also appreciate the fact that they cut your sandwich into four individual pieces. The employees are friendly and quick in doing there jobs I give them a score of ten for all services.”

“We traveled through Gaylord last Saturday Sept 24 with our BIG family and stopped in for lunch. I wanted to say that the 3 employee's working that day made our first visit to Five Guys very welcoming. They were so pleasant even tho we had alot of people to order at one time. Our food came out soooo quick and it was very good. Even tho it was very expensive it was amazing . The best part our girls are STILL talking about how good the burgers were!!!!!! My youngest says it's her favorite place to eat now. Wish we had one closer! Keep up the great work Gaylord location! We will be back when passing again!!”

“My mom and I were just in to eat dinner on the 4th around 6:30pm we had the prime rib which was absolutely delicious. The appetizer was delicious and the drinks were ice cold. The highlight of it all was our server Sarah, she was very nice and her customer service was impeccable. we will definitely be back just from her service alone.”

“Nowicki’s sausages are a family favorite. We place orders to be shipped to California about once per year, unless I make a trip to Michigan, then i load up my suitcase up for the trip back. My favorite is Jalapeño Cheddar, my wife’s is BBQ honey, and my brother’s appears to be the Polish.”

“Tastttyyy foods, solid vibes, a little pricey but treat yoself! It can get busy but that feeds into the vibes and atmosphere. Karie was our server. Super kind and paid attention to us mentioning we wanted to split a burger when we ordered it. Fully expected to manhandle a burger in two, but it came out cut in half and served in two plates with each its own batch of onion rings. You’re awesome Karie!”

“We stopped in for an early dinner while visiting the area. I was really looking forward to some potatoe soup and was disappointed to hear they had just ran out before we got there. I, on a whim, ordered the mushroom soup. Their mushroom soup was THE BEST soup I've ever had. It was so good that we will be making the 4 hour trip to eat it again next week.”

“My husband and I had a mid-afternoon meal at Crave today, it was our first time there and we were very pleased. The food was exceptionally good, our server took great care of us and we loved the warm atmosphere. I don't do a lot of reviews, but this place definitely deserves one! I highly recommend the Panino Al Manzo (beef brisket) and Casa del Amore salad. Both so flavorful! We will be back!”
