“Very good cooking. Ordered cubed steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, cabbage and cornbread. So tender and tasteful. Also got the peach cobbler- which was yummy. It was very busy when I got there but they greeted me immediately and took my order. It was out within about 10-15 min. Highly recommend!!“

“I decided to try their smash burger, the bar keep said it was there special for the day. The price was higher than expected but it was worth every penny. Smash burgers have been on the rise in popularity for a while now and the Ida tavern is doing em' right!“

“My husband and I had dinner here before a concert at the Toledo zoo. I had looked at the menu online but I didn't realize it was Barcelona night, so I was a little disappointed because I was looking forward to the regular menu online. (My mistake)
We decided to stay and give a try & I must say the tapas was some of the best creations I ever had! We thoroughly enjoyed the Spanish wine and all the different small plates we ordered! So many wonderful flavors!! Hope there's a good show at the Zoo next year so we can eat at your fine establishment again!!

“Hands down, my favorite restaurant ever. You just can't go wrong with a Big Boy, with tarter sauce on it, and a side of crispy fries. I have ordered the same thing every time since I was a kid. If I see a Big Boy while out doing things, I make it a point to stop in for a bite. They never disappoint. The service is always fast and friendly, and the prices are right!

“I stopped by over the weekend and the place was quite busy, but they managed to seat us pretty quickly. The pizza was delicious, thin, crispy crust with generous, fresh topping. I had the BBQ chicken pizza and a side salad, both were really tasty . Staff were friendly, though service was a bit slow when the place got crowded. The space is cozy and nicely decorated. With a little faster service, it would be a perfect 5 stars.“

“Danny and Ruben are phenomenal! Awesome customer service, my food is always right and tastes great, friendly and always makes sure I have everything needed like plastic ware, napkins and condiments. They also always make sure the food is plated correctly for no spills or mess. I get my breakfast and sometimes lunch at the drive thru. “Each time I’m going to Black rock I like to sit at the bar the bar of Beth❤️ is amazing when she makes my favorite smoky old-fashioned. No other restaurant knows how to get it like Beth❤️ does at Black rock then the waiters all the other girls and guys continue to check on you to making sure that you are being intended to and taken care of and the chefs the way they are and grill salmon is incredible. Everything they make even just a salad is impeccable. Black rock is on my list of favorites. I get to go in there get on my laptop and charge it at the same time while charging my phone because they have USB plugs underneath the bar and I get to make my online bets while watching the flatscreen TVs over the bar looking at all the sports I recommend in Black rock“
