My siblings and I grew up eating Mexican food so I have grown picky on which food I like, depending on how it is cooked. I love Mexican food! It’s one of those foods that has to be cooked with heart and soul, I can easily say this food was! I had gotten the birria taco dinner and three pork tamales à la carte. Both were super good. Rice and beans were good too. I think the only thing I would add would be a spicy option on your pork tamales😍🤤 Either way it was super good. I will be back!“

“Delicious and flavorful food. Friendly staff. Mexican style/street tacos flare. Positive energy vibe, plenty of seating available. I had the California burrito and asked to add cilantro and had no issues, in fact the person taking the order loaded me up with additional toppings and sauces that the burrito was filling enough for 2 meals. Also had the trio sampler (guacamole, cheese, salsa) with chips. Very filling. Great flavor profile. Will definitely be adding this to my list to return again.“

“I normally don’t write reviews, but after just spending money on a take out order that they didn’t include the chips I ordered then said that I didn’t order them, which I did because I ordered a large mild salsa. Why would I do that? so the manager , Sam, told me I could come back to the restaurant, but he would have to charge me for the chips that they made a mistake on. And even worse was, I had to wait for them to make my tostada, and when I got it home, the cheese was not even melted. It was just placed on top of the beef with no tomato or lettuce and the cheese on the burritos was cold and like rubber. I Will not go back there. The food and service was terrible.“

The food is delicious and the staff is AMAZING (shout out to Miguel, Raul, Seira, Angelica, Crystal and anyone else I've missed --- LOVE you all!) Some of my go-to faves: shrimp tacos, anything with beef cheek (quesadillas, tacos, etc.), taco salad, fajitas (the meal that ends up being 2-3) and anything from the bar :D I'd also like to take a moment to really commend the staff & owners: ever since COVID started, it's been extremely tough for most every restaurant to obtain/keep their staff. I know there may be times Alchile can get really busy (as there are a lot of us that go regularly) and there may be times you may have to wait longer than you'd like to get a seat (or your food/drink) but know that the staff works really hard & truly cares about each customer and you will NOT be disappointed! They are well worth the wait“

“Came in to give it a try and wasn’t helped for like 3-5 minutes. Like there was no one even in the place to help me, it was empty, I was even checking to make sure I didn’t walk into a closed restaurant by accident. But eventually someone came out from the back and I ordered two hard shell tacos a la carte. I had read the reviews that they get soggy so I ate one in the parking lot, lol and it was nice and crispy and one when I got home, it was a bit mushy. They had a very nice flavor, wish there were more tomatoes, I’ll probably ask for extra next time. They were pricey as others have said, costing me almost $10.00 for two tacos (smaller than T-Bell). Not a place you can frequent, but worth a try. The place was being used as storage and the inside didn’t come off the most clean because of it. Also, no inside dining, carry out only.“

“They were pretty busy when I went in, but the worker took time to clean the station, wash her hands and change her gloves. Not sure why she chose that exact moment when people were waiting, but I appreciated it nonetheless. I got a bowl with beans, rice, salsa, cheese etc. The portions are huge. I watched her make a quesadilla and a burrito. I jave no idea how she rolled up that burrito and got it to close, but she did. The staff was friendly and did a good job. Food was quite good.
