One suggestion- , remove all the blue paper coverings from the windows.
It looks like you guys are closed when you’re driving by
there’s a Tim Hortons just next-door with all of their windows covered in brown paper. (They are actually closed)
put blinds or curtains or something that makes it seem like there’s some life in there 🌸“
