“This is my favorite biggby in this area! Every single employee here is super friendly and knowledgeable. They always have the drive thru line moving fast and I love that I have the option to walk up if I want to. The drinks and food are always made perfectly. I've never had a bad experience at this Biggby location. I leave my house a couple minutes early just so I can make a stop here.“

“Timbits tasted fresh but poor variety when I asked for assorted. 26 out of 40 donuts were birthday cake flavor. There were a few each of glazed, sour cream, and spiced. No other flavors.“

“I do a lot of schoolwork at the Starbucks. The WiFi is reliable and reasonably fast. The staff know my service dog and always treat him well. They offer a pup cup each time.“

“Poor customer service 04/11/21 I will say the follow up call from the district manager was very professional and caring as he listened to my concern. I will probably not visit this location anytime soon due to the current team members. However I will continue to support other locations. Hopefully the store manager will correct this unacceptable behavior from the current staffing.“
“I've been going to this location since it opened. The baristas there are the best! They're helpful, accommodating, and always have something cool to say or talk about. In like 18 months of going there 3-5 times a week they have never once messed up my drink!

Fantastic Starbucks on Corunna Road!
This Starbucks is one of my favorite stops in Flint. The staff here are always friendly, upbeat, and they make you feel genuinely welcome the moment you walk in. My drinks are consistently made just right. Whether it’s a hot coffee on a cold morning or an iced latte for the drive.
The store is clean, well-organized, and has a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing, studying, or catching up with friends. Even during busy times, the baristas keep things running smoothly with a smile.

“I tried the veggie wrap today and was positively surprised. Very good, lots of flavor. Recently, I tried the veggie wrap at Steady Eddie's at the Flint Farmers Market and the Palette Cafe is far better, hands down. Less expensive, as well. Kudos to the great staff at the FIA's Palette Cafe!“

“when I ordered a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. and 2 separate shots of espresso. these fools can't follow simple directions. I will never be going back and will be in contact with corporate. espresso tasted like the bottom of a pot of coffee.. and the bagel wasn't toasted in the least bit. and the employee at the window had a attitude.“

“Ok, I know, McDonald's is McDonald's. But I have to give this crew props. I showed up on a Friday morning during rush hour. There were 3 cars waiting who had already ordered and I was the third car in line when I pulled in. I needed to grab breakfast, so figured I could spare 10 minutes. This crew had me back on the road in less than 5. No waiting anywhere! No to order, not to pay, not for my food. I was super impressed. Of course the food was good, it McDonald's, so I knew what I was getting. The speed is what impressed me!“
