“All of the employees are so kind and helpful! But the blonde (sorry didn’t catch name) who was working drive through this morning was such a bright light! It’s nice to start my morning with a smile and kindness. Not to mention the iced lavender matcha is to die for! Love this location!“

“Great food. Great service. My only complaint is they aren’t open later on Saturday! My daughter and I love going in after we get our nails done and there is one amazing server who remembers us and makes it a point to check out our nails, even if we aren’t being served by her. My daughter is obsessed with the breakfast burrito.“

“They are all very nice that work there. Sometimes the drinks are too sweet but I think that's just the bigby standard. There have been MANY times I asked for something iced and they repeated it back to me just to then make it hot. But I never say anything.“

“Poor customer service 04/11/21 I will say the follow up call from the district manager was very professional and caring as he listened to my concern. I will probably not visit this location anytime soon due to the current team members. However I will continue to support other locations. Hopefully the store manager will correct this unacceptable behavior from the current staffing.“

“Timbits tasted fresh but poor variety when I asked for assorted. 26 out of 40 donuts were birthday cake flavor. There were a few each of glazed, sour cream, and spiced. No other flavors.“

“I do a lot of schoolwork at the Starbucks. The WiFi is reliable and reasonably fast. The staff know my service dog and always treat him well. They offer a pup cup each time.“

“Depending on the Barista they do a pretty good job. I had one of the frozen drinks for the first time in a while. I was sweet as cake! Usually the vibe is good so I sit and use the wifi. Also the menu has some healthy options as well. If you're looking for protein and not a super intense sugar rush. I'm not saying that's bad just having other options available is consumer friendly.
I would suggest them as a nice place to go.“

“when I ordered a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. and 2 separate shots of espresso. these fools can't follow simple directions. I will never be going back and will be in contact with corporate. espresso tasted like the bottom of a pot of coffee.. and the bagel wasn't toasted in the least bit. and the employee at the window had a attitude.“

“I tried the veggie wrap today and was positively surprised. Very good, lots of flavor. Recently, I tried the veggie wrap at Steady Eddie's at the Flint Farmers Market and the Palette Cafe is far better, hands down. Less expensive, as well. Kudos to the great staff at the FIA's Palette Cafe!“

“Just wanted to talk about how wonderful the manager Shannon was today! We stopped in for breakfast with my 2.5 year old and she was so friendly and fun. Our kid is super outgoing and loves to say hi to everyone and Shannon took the time to say hi and connect with her and that just makes our kid's day. She also made the best vanilla iced coffee for me!“
