“I'm a self-professed Jimmy John's addict, so you'd be hard-pressed to see me rate it any less than four stars. The University team is awesome. So, of course, I have no issue with them. My only issue is the franchise itself. It's getting to be a pretty costly meal. Plus, I'm not a fan of the rewards system. You don't get rewards for how much you spend, but rather how many visits. I've had large catering orders that are the equivalent of a single sandwich, as far as the rewards go. I wish they revamp that system, considering how much their food costs.“
“Huge kudos to Matt Ward and his team at this store on Hill Rd!! Coworker in error placed a catering order with the wrong date. So when I arrived there was no record of it and no food for my lunch meeting in an hour at 11:45am start with 45-50 people.
Asked Matt if he could void the original order and come up with something for 45-50 people. Yes indeed like magic Matt jumped in to help expedite the assembly of sandwiches, packaging chips, cookies, etc and had me out of there within 30 minutes while taking care of other customers needs in between. In spite of the SNAFU this manager and team saved me and 45 folks enjoyed a nice lunch and meeting. Thank you!!“
“I used a reward for discounted sandwich. Well wrapped and packed, ready when I walked in, and I enjoyed eating it.
Just glad I got a good price for it. I don't know if I would pay full price for the sandwich. Quality is not bad, preparing it is done well, vegetables are crisp/fresh, bread good, but the price is at my dine in at family restaurant level. I can get meals at some places at the same price point.“
