Jimmy John's in Flint

“We came in here for a late lunch on our 8 hours drive back to Chicago from Toronto. The restaurant was completely empty, we were the only two customers inside. Our order was taken immediately and was ready by the time we were done filling our soda cups. The bathrooms were clean too!

The sandwiches were perfect, I don't think I've ever been to a Jimmy John's that messed up a sandwich in the last 15-20 years.“

“I'm a self-professed Jimmy John's addict, so you'd be hard-pressed to see me rate it any less than four stars. The University team is awesome. So, of course, I have no issue with them. My only issue is the franchise itself. It's getting to be a pretty costly meal. Plus, I'm not a fan of the rewards system. You don't get rewards for how much you spend, but rather how many visits. I've had large catering orders that are the equivalent of a single sandwich, as far as the rewards go. I wish they revamp that system, considering how much their food costs.“

“I work at the Meijer Gas station. I eat lunch from this Jimmy John's a few times a week. The staff here is amazing. Always friendly, hospitable and they keep the store clean. Definitely if you need a vibe change, eat here.

The sandwiches are always fire and the tomatoes are on point and juicy.

The people that work here are really the highlight though. Without them it would jus be another empty box with no scene or vibe.

Whoever owns the store I hope you cherish and don't take for granted the staff you have. They all definitely deserve a living wage or at the very least a substantial pay raise for making this one of the best places to eat around.

Most of the complaints are from people who have money but don't want to pickup their own food. Impatient elderly people who need a hug or spoiled girls who didn't have balance at home.

“I love when I go somewhere for food and not only get great food but awesome customer service. Me and my son got combos the two guys that helped were attentive and although one guy was training he did an awesome job. Place was clean, great food, great staff. No pictures to post because.. well.. we are it all ?“
