“I love this location and order from it frequently. At least once a month to as often as once a week. Jimmy Johns is the best chain sandwich shop, in my opinion. I can really never go wrong with it so if I can’t make up my mind on what I want I order from here. My order is always correct, delivery instructions are always followed and the people here are very nice. The delivery times are never too long unless I order right at the peak of their dinner or lunch rush, but that’s to be expected.Really, the only feedback/complaint I have is that the amount of avocado you give for $1.50 is just absurd lmao i had to do a double take when I pulled it out of the bag, It wasn’t even enough for my sandwich. At least make sure you’re giving people enough for their sandwich if you’re going to be charging the price of a full avocado for a little cup.“
“new people working. number 8 and did not put any mustard on it... seen them put tomatoes on and then took off and wiped their hands off on apron and than began to make sandwich with same gloves......my receipt had some sort of sauce all over it......usually servce is good but you need to monitor your newer employees to ensure things are done correctly..... very displeased and most likely will not be back for sloppy seconds. the regular employees and service are usually great so i am changing to 4 stars“
“Being 4 months pregnant, I was CRAVING Jimmy John's! I was finally able to order it for dinner tonight & I was stoked!They had forgotten the cucumbers on my veggie sub & unfortunately I was already home so I wasn't able to return it but a very friendly worker named Abby gave me a credit to replace it on my next order. But honestly, it wasn't even that in which made the experience pleasant; it was what they had written on my sandwich wrapper that made me giggle & made my heart smile. In the app, it asks who the sandwich is for & I wrote "for the baby in my belly" & when I opened my bag, written on my wrapper was "for sweet baby in Mama's belly" with a heart. It's a simple, silly thing but I loved it. Thank you to whoever wrote it.“
