“Not to be dramatic but the worst experience of my life at the east Lansing location. Workers are ridiculously rude and obnoxious. My friend wasn’t even allowed to order tonight because last night she waited in the store for her Uber to come and didn’t cause a single problem but the workers were mad because they were simply just standing there. Workers are rude, and I will never come back as no one else should.“

“If you're looking for a quick, fresh sandwich with great service, Jimmy John's delivers literally and figuratively. The staff here is fantastic friendly, efficient, and always on top of things. There’s limited indoor standing space, but there are a few outdoor seats if you’re looking to dine al fresco.

Be aware: there are no public bathrooms and parking is metered, so plan ahead. Your best bet is to download the app, order online, and either pick up quickly or opt for delivery they're fast and reliable.“

“Never had any issues food is always correct and great. Workers are nice and do their jobs pretty good location will definitely be going back when in the area! Also a pretty unique atmosphere compared to other Jimmy John’s Locations“
