“Hi. Just wanted to drop a line. We have been coming to this location port huron 24th st. Michigan. For over 4years. Our sever today Joe was the BEST!!! We have had ok severs before. But no joking JOE was on the ball. Not just with us. But I was watching how he was treating the other guest in our section. Very Good Sever. Thank you Joe!! We were at table 324-1 5-5-2022. 4270 24th Avenue. I just wish we could gave joe a bigger tip. But with me being out of work since October 2021. Due to my health problems... this was our first time out to eat together since last year. Hopefully when things get better with me We will be able to come back to You All at Texas Road house. . This was just what my boyfriend and I needed... BEST DAY OUT!! ?”

“We were on our way to Lakeport State Park today and stumbled upon this little gem. They have Delicious pulled pork sandwiches, fries and Mac and cheese. The pork was so moist and flavorful it really didn’t need the bbq sauce that was served on the side, which I appreciated. The bun was toasted which held up to the meat and added additional flavor. There was also a variety of areas to sit and enjoy your meal. Definitely recommend!”

“The waitress we had was makayla. SHE WAS FANTASTIC. She actually spoke Italian so she was able to pronounce everything on the menu and it was just cool. She went above and beyond for my family. “They have redecorated and and it looks very nice, always fresh food made when you order, no pre-made sitting around. Hrs are cut to 11:30 -2:30 due to lack of help, reopen at 4:30 . If you need a job it is a very nice place to work.”

“This was my favorite place to get fruit chillers. They discontinued them off of the menu but my favorite was strawberry watermelon. So sad about that. I would go all the time since high school until my late 30s. The smoothies are good too.”
