“This is one of my favorite Panera locations. The layout is good, and it's usually pretty quiet and easy to have meetings/conversations. My most recent visit was for a business meeting and it was much louder than I remember, with my having to strain to hear and speak louder at times to be heard over the music. The coffee and food is still excellent, and the staff is friendly.“

My friend pulled into Biggby Coffee's parking lot due to a completely flat tire. She had to wait for over 3 hours for roadside assistance to show up.

Charlie not only let my friend know that she was welcome to wait inside for the towing company and offered another drink, but lent her an Apple charging cord because her phone was almost dead.

“I'm sitting in this drive thru three times a week. Sometimes I'm blessed by the gods and there's two cars in front of me. Other times I'm messaging my boss "I might be a few late" because the line is all the way into the parking lot of Meijer. I've never encountered a rude Biggby member here. They're always nice, take a minute to chat and apologetic (unnecessary) for the wait (as if they have control over how long a bragel takes to toast, or how many drinks with special instructions one vehicle orders).I do wish customers would PULL UP CLOSER TO THE XAR I FRONT OF THEM. Instead of leaving room for a full size truck between vehicles. It's a pet peev, what can I say.Anyways. I like this Biggby. Location is convenient so I don't have to go into Flushing or Owosso (opposite of work) on my way into Durand.“
