“On Monday evening, I visited the Standale store after rushing home from work and collecting my two young kids. I had a 16' equipment trailer behind my truck with 6000 lbs of material, which meant I could not squeeze through a drive-thru. I waffled on what to do, and there was no available parking. So, I remote started the truck, ran inside, to which a very kind customer let me pass, and the cashier named Jim urgently took my order and, without hesitation said he would bring the food to the truck, so that I could quickly get back to the kids. I was probably in and out in 2 minutes. Just a few minutes later, Jim came out with the order, and spoke to me like a true human, and said hi to the kids. And when the chocolate milk was missing, he ran back inside and grabbed two bottles, with apologies.

Chick-fil-A is built on service, so, I wasn't shocked that this would be the one place where they'd go above and beyond, but even then, it left a memorable mark on me. I had to leave a glowing review. Thank you for being so kind and understanding. Coming off an instance of bad service just days ago, this was incredibly refreshing. Thank you Jim and Chick-fil-A!“

“Drove over 2 hours to try Freddy’s Steakburgers - my son had been there before. Gotta say it was worth the drive, the burgers were fabulous (and the fries & custard didn’t disappoint) plus a great road trip with my kids. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean.“

“The burgers from Five Guys are always delicious. I really look forward to visiting and getting a bacon cheeseburger with cajon fries. Especially loaded up with my own toppings.

I have to deduct a star because the cajon fries last visit were undercooked, soggy, and limp. I ate 3 or 4 and that was enough. I took my food to-go, or else I would have let someone know and given them a chance to fix it on the spot.

They also have the worst atmosphere of any burger chain. It doesn’t help that they have old articles on the walls saying how “good and affordable” they were, while shelling out nearly $30 for one cover. We all know this place is decently pricey, but it is undeniably tasty… when the fries are cooked properly, that is.“

I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? We got it.” Done, sir, you have a customer for life in me! Thank you again for making our visit so so special!“

“I was just left an event at a nearby Church and was very hungry. It was late at night and I was worried about upsetting fast food employees getting food so late. The young lady on the comm system was so kind and welcoming! She even gave us suggestions for how to save some money and shared some amazing deals that were going on, even though it would take her more work! She was so joyful and guaranteed us fresh food. It was an amazing experience! I’m not from around but man did I feel at home! So thankful for this experience!“

Sometimes they are super nice and professional (usually the new college student) but I've had several incidents where the staff was quite rude for no reason.“

“I'm very grateful that this location just opened much closer to my home. As I prepared to head into work I placed an order online for pickup. Walking through the door I was reminded just how friendly and inviting the atmosphere is here. The staff was even more welcoming and personable. I was able to pick up my order promptly. “Food was absolutely amazing, I get that it's fast food, but this was really good. However I am not a fan of the curly fries, I prefer the crinkle fries. The Motzerella sticks are very cheesy as they should be, the beef n cheddar is good, although the red ranch isn't my favorite. The French dip was pretty good however I personally think that the Au Jus was not very good, very salty. If you have a high tolerance for spice of reccomend the jalapeno bites. They are very crispy and have a very good flavor. Overall I would come again, you should too.“

“I was pretty upset when at first I was missing an item and when I asked at the window the gentlemen was somewhat short with me. Went back and received a sincere apology and acknowledgment that he was wrong and corrected it immediately. “The sub was really nice. I haven't eaten at Subway in a while and this location was my first time. It was a bit slow during the sandwich making process, but other than that it was nice. They didn't over-do any ingredients and were great at communication.

Parking: The parking is okay, it can sometimes be difficult, but just know that a space may open up since some people get there to pickup/have something made for takeout.“
