“On Monday evening, I visited the Standale store after rushing home from work and collecting my two young kids. I had a 16' equipment trailer behind my truck with 6000 lbs of material, which meant I could not squeeze through a drive-thru. I waffled on what to do, and there was no available parking. So, I remote started the truck, ran inside, to which a very kind customer let me pass, and the cashier named Jim urgently took my order and, without hesitation said he would bring the food to the truck, so that I could quickly get back to the kids. I was probably in and out in 2 minutes. Just a few minutes later, Jim came out with the order, and spoke to me like a true human, and said hi to the kids. And when the chocolate milk was missing, he ran back inside and grabbed two bottles, with apologies.

Chick-fil-A is built on service, so, I wasn't shocked that this would be the one place where they'd go above and beyond, but even then, it left a memorable mark on me. I had to leave a glowing review. Thank you for being so kind and understanding. Coming off an instance of bad service just days ago, this was incredibly refreshing. Thank you Jim and Chick-fil-A!“

“Drove over 2 hours to try Freddy’s Steakburgers - my son had been there before. Gotta say it was worth the drive, the burgers were fabulous (and the fries & custard didn’t disappoint) plus a great road trip with my kids. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean.“

“The burgers from Five Guys are always delicious. I really look forward to visiting and getting a bacon cheeseburger with cajon fries. Especially loaded up with my own toppings.

I have to deduct a star because the cajon fries last visit were undercooked, soggy, and limp. I ate 3 or 4 and that was enough. I took my food to-go, or else I would have let someone know and given them a chance to fix it on the spot.

They also have the worst atmosphere of any burger chain. It doesn’t help that they have old articles on the walls saying how “good and affordable” they were, while shelling out nearly $30 for one cover. We all know this place is decently pricey, but it is undeniably tasty… when the fries are cooked properly, that is.“

“The food at QDOBA was good, consistent with what I’ve come to expect from any location. What really stood out was the service—Chau made my bowl and was very generous with the portions. He also checked in a couple of times to ask if we needed anything else or if we were enjoying our food, which was thoughtful and attentive. “I can’t say enough amazing things about this wonderful Chick-fil-A location! I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? We got it.” Done, sir, you have a customer for life in me! Thank you again for making our visit so so special!“

The ladies room could use a coat/bag hook as there is no where to place it but on the floor. Rang the bell on the way out!“

“Food was absolutely amazing, I get that it's fast food, but this was really good. However I am not a fan of the curly fries, I prefer the crinkle fries. The Motzerella sticks are very cheesy as they should be, the beef n cheddar is good, although the red ranch isn't my favorite. The French dip was pretty good however I personally think that the Au Jus was not very good, very salty. If you have a high tolerance for spice of reccomend the jalapeno bites. They are very crispy and have a very good flavor. Overall I would come again, you should too.“

“Have had Mr. Burger a few times, all from this Allendale location. Food has been great everytime. My wife got the olive burger and it was fantastic. I got one of the more popular burgers and it was also delicious. Shakes are fantastic. Never sat down inside to eat but the atmosphere looks interesting, different from the vibe you get outside. Every drive thru experience was smooth and pain free. I would recommend stopping here if you get a chance.“

“The quality of the food is very good. One of the better Arby's branches in GR when it comes to that. The service and staff on the other hand, not so much. Sometimes they are super nice and professional (usually the new college student) but I've had several incidents where the staff was quite rude for no reason.“
