“I visited this morning in search of a breakfast option. This was my first time at any Big Apple Bagels location. I was very impressed with the wide selection of freshly baked bagels. I was welcomed by Nicole, who was friendly and helpful. We discussed this is my first visit. I was able to choose from the large variety of bagels. Nicole asked which two I had narrowed it down to and recommended the Swiss bagel, mentioning that it is particularly popular with their customers. I took her suggestion and ordered a breakfast bagel with Swiss. Chloe then prepared my order efficiently. Both employees were welcoming and attentive, contributing positively to the experience. The quality of my breakfast bagel sandwich was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Big Apple Bagels in Jenison.“
