I was welcomed by Nicole, who was friendly and helpful. We discussed this is my first visit. I was able to choose from the large variety of bagels. Nicole asked which two I had narrowed it down to and recommended the Swiss bagel, mentioning that it is particularly popular with their customers. I took her suggestion and ordered a breakfast bagel with Swiss. Chloe then prepared my order efficiently. Both employees were welcoming and attentive, contributing positively to the experience.
