“I am partially paralyzed with my legs. I walk with 2 cains. I went to the counter to pay for my order. Seth at the counter offered to bring my pizza and drink to my car. Huge help !! “This is an interesting place. It's not very big, so when we arrived there were a few people standing outside. At first, I thought they were just waiting for takeout orders, but they were actually waiting on line to be seated. There is no room inside, so they have a sign posted to just wait outside to be seated, no check in required. We were seated within a few minutes inside the long narrow diner, where it was a bit dark and rustic, but not unpleasant. Our server was friendly and helpful, and I ordered a burger that was excellent. While not a cheap option, the cost was certainly reasonable for the quality of the meal we received that day. It's not a fancy dinner date sort of place, but it's fantastic for a tasty and relatively expedient lunch.Parking: Street parking is available, just depends on how crowded it is downtownWheelchair accessibility: Possible, but it's a bit tight, so they would likely seat you toward the front of the restaurant to avoid trying to get through the narrow walkway to the back section past the bar.“

“In town visiting family and we stopped here for dinner. I ordered the Surf, Surf and Surf, which was their Friday special. I changed one of the shrimp choices because I'm not a fan of sesame seeds and that was no problem for the kitchen. The special consisted of a lobster tail and 2 types of shrimp, soup or salad, choice of vegetable or potatoe. The salad was a nice mixture of a couple of lettuces, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage and red onion. They offer a variety of salad dressings. The seafood was cooked perfectly and tasted good, and the potatoes were fresh. They also brought fresh bread to the table. The bread had a garlic butter brushed on top and the bread was soft. I enjoyed everything I ate. The only thing I would change would be that the food would come out hot. Everything was lukewarm, but it was still very tasty. “We celebrated my daughter's graduation at Salt & Pepper yesterday and had a thoroughly wonderful time. It was the busiest day of the year and the host staff made it possible for us to get a table in a reasonable time. Our server was helpful and attentive, the food was fantastic. Every member of the party enjoyed their meal with no complaints - including burgers, carne asada, salads, and prime rib dip. It was a perfect day to sit out on their patio and we enjoyed the atmosphere and cool breeze. Cannot wait to return!!“

“This is a great compliment to Sluggo's Pizza located right next door. They have a great selection of beers, and we're particularly fond of the "Time to Take My Pils" Pilsner. You can order the pizza at Sluggo's, go find a table next door at Brewery 4 Two 4, and they will bring the pizza to you. Awesome!“

“There are lots of good Mom & Pop’s breakfast places in Holland. Going out for breakfast or coffee seems like it’s a cultural pastime here. But Southside Inn offers a solid balance of lower cost than other options without a lower quality of food or service. Table service is offered with a smile. Over the years we’ve pretty much tried everything on the menu. Everything is good. More often than other options, my sons and I tend to order their farmer’s platter, breakfast skillet, or 2 eggs + meat + hash browns + pancakes. Their toast is good (especially the raisin) but please try their pancakes!“

“I go here a lot especially on the days I get off work. I have never had a bad experience from this place. My food was always hot. The ladies who work at the window are over the top nice in patient I’ve never really been inside of it but from the looks, they keep it clean they’re very polite people , I would recommend going here. “Great hibachi place for the family to go to. Their fried rice is always good, and the appetizers are fair. The sushi they make has always been well made and tastes awesome and a big plus in plating. Get a dessert while you're at it.The inside is a bit odd and strangely laid out but there's lots of seating. The staff are super friendly. There's a large parking lot. We were unaware of the special and found the restaurant under-staffed. Our server was polite, but somehow there wasn't good communication with the food runners. My wife's salad was delivered without dressing - wouldn't you check for that? Dressing came 15mins later. I don't fault the staff - they truly seemed to be doing their best.“
