We were so disappointed. We've eaten at Hancock before and loved it. Management PLEASE note: You had at least 7-8 staff people running around. We were literally the only people eating inside. NO ONE welcomed us, besides the hostess, who seemed confused. NO ONE even said "We'll be right with you". After 15-20 minutes, you lost us. We eat out a lot and leave excellent tips. This is a terrible way to run a business... we felt like we were invisible.
My husband and I were looking for a tasty, affordable option for lunch with cocktails. This checked all boxes and had a great outdoor seating area to boot! service was prompt and attentive. I had the hot chicken sandwich and husband had "hotter" chicken wrap. my husband is a massive chicken sandwich guy and it's his go-to item to order at most restaurants.
