At 7:45 on a Friday night I go to the drive-up window to order an 8 piece bucket. They tell me they don't have enough chicken for a bucket. Isn't that what they do?? Chicken?? No offer of alternatives, no "we're cooking more now"...nothing!! They don't close until 9:00. What are they going yo so, turn away all customers for an hour? Tired of their losy service!!
Placed a pick up order for 5pm, pulled up at 4:52 and was told I had to come back at 5… no cars in the drive thru so I definitely could’ve waited the less than 5 minutes it takes to get my order ready.
The 5.00 chicken pot pies are good. Not sure what's in them t but they taste good. Otherwise it's hot or miss
