Pizza Hut in Grand Rapids

“Ordered through the app. They called to verify I “only wanted a cheese pizza” but I missed it. Called back to let them know I had ordered pepperoni but it wasn’t a big deal. They apologized because it was already out the door. Got my pizza and breadsticks delivered in 25 minutes. And the driver offered a coupon because “their app had been having problems”.
That’s an impressive way to be aware of an uncontrollable issue, attempt to prevent it and still offer compensation anyways.
Guess I’m a Pizza Hut guy again. (These breadsticks always hit, too.)“

“Great service, great staff, pizza was was to thin. I purchased a stuffed crust, with mushrooms, pepperoni, and Canadian Bacon (which they did not have, so I put regular bacon in its place). Stuffed crust was huge and flavorful. But it was so much bigger than the actual pizza. 3 toppings was not enough, or maybe this is just how Dominoes roles? The actual pizza 🍕 portion, where the toppings reside. Was just, way to small and thin. I barely could you taste the sauce or the toppings. I will say the flavor I did taste, was better than the last 20 years of Dominoes flavor combined. Not bad Pizza Hut! Keep it up!“

“Looking for a pizza hut on our way home from our trip. Stopped at this location. It does have a drive thru and carry out but we wanted to sit down to eat. We had to place our order at counter. We were the only ones dining in at that time. Ordered a stuff crust , breaksticks , and cinnabon rolls. They brought everything to us in a timely matter . Everything was hot and tasted great. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name at the counter . He was very pleasant . He was also the one who brought us our food. Would definitely stop at this location again.“

“It's small but you know it actually was pretty decent. The pizza was made excellent and the customer service was really friendly. But if I'm in Grand Rapids and I'm going to get Pizza Hut I'd rather come here. Will definitely make a return visit.“

“I want to thank Natasha for being so wonderful at taking my order and ringing my husband out ( I called and my husband picked up the order). She was so kind, gentle and helpful at getting us what we needed that even my husband commented on how good she was! I have avoided this place in the past for their lack of customer service but we left with so much joy and peace just from interacting with her. Definitely need more people like her in the food industry! Ask for Natasha!“
