“I came to order chicken Sunday, August 1 got home. It was rather dark. I called the next day. I spoke with someone by the name of Savannah. She told me I could come in and she take care of my order I came in and she actually replaced my order very pleasant no problems. There should be more customer service like that. It was an awesome experience.“

“Good quality friendly workers fast service good service. And they change the oil and give you fresh good food. Better quality and cheaper than nasty kfc. Went to KFC and unchanged oil and nasty unedible food and too expensive yuck. KFC gets negative -10. Popeyes get a ten +10 perfect and delicious and fast. Parking lot is limited but 5 spots by drive thru.“
“The people make the difference. And in this case, they were competent, but not friendly. The food was excellent - hot and well prepared. They served me very quickly. I think they need just a little training on customer service. And what it means to have eye contact and a smile at the counter.“
