“I came to order chicken Sunday, August 1 got home. It was rather dark. I called the next day. I spoke with someone by the name of Savannah. She told me I could come in and she take care of my order I came in and she actually replaced my order very pleasant no problems. There should be more customer service like that. It was an awesome experience.“
“Good quality friendly workers fast service good service. And they change the oil and give you fresh good food. Better quality and cheaper than nasty kfc. Went to KFC and unchanged oil and nasty unedible food and too expensive yuck. KFC gets negative -10. Popeyes get a ten +10 perfect and delicious and fast. Parking lot is limited but 5 spots by drive thru.“
“Been coming here on and off for two years. I’ve never had issues with my orders in terms of food quality/ accuracy or customer service. They have great attitudes despite some of the extremely obnoxious customers I’ve overheard while in line. For having to deal with mobile orders, delivery orders, and drive thru lines around the building their speed is pretty good for the high volume they are doing.“
