“I've got to give major kudos to the 54th Street Popeyes! Ever since the manager from the 28th St & Breton location came over, the difference has been night and day. The restaurant is spotless — no sticky floors, no mess — just clean and welcoming. The food has been consistently fresh, hot, and exactly what you hope for when you pull up craving Popeyes. And the staff? They actually greet you with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
It feels like a completely new vibe in the best way possible. Great job to the team and leadership — the improvements are definitely noticeable!“
“I like Popeyes! Since the new owners took over about 2-3 years ago they are just not consistent. Instead of asking the customer, if they don't have a certain sauce the employee will throw ketchup, honey or hot sauce pkgs in the bag. Sometimes they don't pay total attention to what the customer is asking. Especially with the on line orders. Sometimes certain staff is rude. They have gotten better but can still use a little "customer service skills" training. All employees should be trained the same way.“
“I went through the drive thru here, so I can’t really speak to the interior of the place. The staff was pleasant to interact with, however, and service was quick and friendly. The exterior seemed well-maintained too. I got the classic chicken sandwich combo with a soda and red beans and rice. The sandwich was simple, but delicious; the chicken was just crispy enough, and the mayo balanced it quite well. My only complaint would be that the pickles were just a bit on the blander side. The red beans with rice was delicious with a strong bacon flavor. I’d definitely consider eating here again.“
