“This restaurant came recommend to me as the best steakhouse in Grand Rapids. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly (Kathryn) and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is perfect for a fancy date. Very romantic setting to impress. I don't drink alcohol and they had an alcohol free 0% Giasen Merlot which was exquisite. I started with French Onion Soup and Cheese Popover Muffins. For an entree, I had Australian Rib Lamb Chops with a Mint Demi Glase. For a side, I enjoyed Brussels Sprouts with Honey Dijon Mustard Sause. Everything exceeded my expectations and the Merlot paired nicely with the Lamb Chops. I highly recommend the Chop House as a must visit dining destination in the heart of Grand Rapids.“

“Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

“We were at Garden District last night.The food and cocktails were absolutely amazing! Our server Brook and all of the other staff were fast, friendly, and on point.We shared the BBQ shrimp, beignets, and the seafood platter. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. “It is always a joy to visit Boardwalk subs on plainfield ave in Grand Rapids, MI the staff on duty especially: Tammy, Matt, Marissa, and Natashia all know us by name and what kind of sub we like. They are so friendly and happy to see us each time we visit. They work so well as a team each helping each other out. The subs are extraordinary good, only one of the reasons we keep going back. I will continue going to boardwalk subs always.“

“I’ve visited this location a few times in the past month after not been to an Olive Garden in years. Both dining experiences here I’ve had incredible service … better than some places we’ve spent 200+ dollars at for a “fine” dining experience. Food is tasty & consistent. “We had the absolute best experience at this location of Pita Way! Our salad artist was perfect! Amore is excellent at his craft and clearly enjoys his job! He was fun and informative. “Been a few months since I've been to this location. Turns out they've redesigned their drive-thru so that if you're using mobile-thru you have to take a completely different entrance into the parking lot than what you used to. You can't even get into that line without leaving the parking lot, going out into the street and reentering through the other entrance. So when you get in the wrong line, it becomes a big catastrophe trying to get your food.“

“I like the smaller diner style restaurants, the food is always good. Here was no exception, even my plate was hot lol. Nice sized portion, I took maybe a 3rd home with me. The ladies working the floor had good energy, you can tell they work together often.“

“Fantastic food! Slightly expensive but the soup was homemade. Thick and a bit chunky but in a good way. I loved it. Had the butternut bisque and a ham and cheese sandwhich. The pineapple lemonade also slaps. The interior is loud and bright for the decor theme but we ate outside at the patio tables. The menu was hard to look at with the bright lights reflecting on it so it was a bit overwhelming.“

“Stopped by Zoup for a quick dinner at 5pm. The inside was clean and I was greeted as I entered the door, which I always appreciate. A young man took my order and brought my food to me at my table, which is great service.

I got the loaded baked potato, which was very good. Though it seemed like some of the potato had started to melt and made it a little ticker than I would like, but not enough to spoil it.

Overall, decent food, good service and not terribly expensive. Always good for a quick lunch or dinner!“

“Just yesterday my employer treated myself as well as my fellow associates and managers to a spread from Potbelly. This was in fact my very first experience with this brand. I am beyond grateful to my employer for giving us the opportunity to experience Potbelly at no cost to their employees. All the food in its entirety was amazing. I am now looking forward with great anticipation to visiting a Potbelly location for myself soon.“

“I came in today and got a window seat to enjoy a cup of coffee. This location is so noisy, and the speaker right above me was blaring music at about 74 decibels. I don't think the employees in the back are aware of how loud the sound is when you are sitting underneath the speakers. I am having to leave because the volume was a serious annoyance. I asked twice for them to turn it down, and it's still just as loud: 74 decibels. Hearing loss starts at 75 decibels. Since the pandemic all restaurant have been playing music way too loud. 55-60 decibels is plenty loud enough for background music. Background music should be exactly that, background.“

“I can’t say enough amazing things about this wonderful Chick-fil-A location! I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? We got it.” Done, sir, you have a customer for life in me! Thank you again for making our visit so so special!“
