“Cafe Sweets was the only local bakery that could make the custom bear themed cake pops I wanted for my baby shower. I sent a Pinterest photo and they were able to make them look exactly as pictured! I will be using this Sweet shop in the future!“

“I rave about Mary’s to everyone. I often stop when I’m driving by and pick up a little sweet treat to brighten my day. Mary is knowledgeable and welcoming every time I visit :) This bakery truly stands out not just in the realm of gluten-free options but stands as a great bakery period. Offering a menu filled with delicious savoury and sweet treats. What I love most about this place is their commitment to clean, whole food ingredients. It’s rare to find a bakery that prioritizes such ingredients while still delivering on flavour, but Mary’s does it beautifully! And I love anything made with maple syrup, coconut sugar, and honey! I highly recommend Mary’s to anyone looking to treat themselves to something special that’s as good for your body as it is for your palate! 🌟🥯🍰“

“Came in for a last minute Birthday cake for a friend. The two ladies at the counter were above and beyond helpful and kind. I would recommend this bakery to everyone based on their employees alone. The cake was 10 out of 10! Love they support two awesome dog rescues too!“

“May's Bakery & Country Store did an incredible job on our custom sheet cake. Not only was it beautiful, it was delicious. White cake with confetti filling on one side and chocolate cake with Oreo filling on the other. They did exactly what we asked, it was ready on schedule, and everyone LOVED it. Everything we’ve tried at the bakery has been delicious, the country store has many treats and treasures, and the staff are so kind. If you’re in the Downriver area and haven’t been to May’s, get there!“

“I don't know what I would do without this place. This is my fourth month of doing the keto diet and if I didn't have this place don't know how I could do it. The treats are amazing. Ican't even tell there is no sugar in it. It helps take away the cravings for real sugar and the food like there pot pie... pepperoni rolls and meatballs are so good.
My favorite are the mousse cups and the cupcakes.
If you are looking for a keto friendly bakery this place is for you...
And the owner Jen is so sweet and nice and you can tell that she has a passion for it.“

“Tammy made a custom panda/bear cake for my partner’s 50th birthday to be similar to his first birthday cake. Tammy did a good job despite having difficulty with the cake in store and having to bake a whole new cake. It turned out very nice and tasted delicious.“

“First of all, I’m so glad to finally have a Cinnabon much closer to home. It was sooo delicious, hot, and fresh out of the oven. I did have to wait quite a bit for it (about 12-15 mins), because they had just put more in the oven. But I honestly had no problem waiting for it because I knew how fresh they would be, despite that though the staff repeatedly apologized for the wait, and offered to give me something for free, I said no it’s okay but he insisted and gave me a free glittery raspberry lemonade, also he didn’t charge me for the extra icing. The food, and staff were equally great! Will be a regular lol. Thank you guys again! 💚“

“I had to prepare some food for a potluck, but I had a pretty full schedule. I called Liberati's and they were able to accommodate me on about 36 hours notice with 3 of their 3' party subs. They were on time and ready when I arrived and Frank himself helped to load them into my car. I wasn't ready for what came next: texts, mail, and messages all saying thank you for a great contribution and half of them asking me where to get them. You clearly can't go wrong with LIberati's.“

“Today 4/22/2022 we had a disappointing experience with our purchase at The Pasty Shop. I ordered (2) regular beef pasties at 2:00 for pickup at 4:00. When I got them home and cut into them they were extremely dry, had no onion, and the inside of the crust was burnt. “I have really enjoyed the ice cream bunny cakes I've purchased in the past years. Unfortunately, this year is different. The cookie on the face of the bunny was completely unedible. It had a very strange flavor and left a bad aftertaste. We didn't even try the tail cookie. All the inside cake and ice cream and frosting was delicious though.“

“Just left the drive thru. I ordered a soup and the bread. Ordered 2 extra breads, as my kids love this bread. Asked for extra butter...twice. Not sure if they charged me for both extra breads or one. I do know they charged me, I only say this because there is The bread that came with my soup and three other pieces of bread which would make it an order and a half not two orders, but like I said I’m not sure if they charge me for one or both. Extra butter must equal 2, because that is what I received. Got to work, opened the potato bacon soup and it’s not like it usually is, it has the consistency of broth and I was lucky if I found 5 pieces of potatoes. Oh well, what are ya gonna do.“
