“I've driven by Angelina's hundreds of times. Sunday, we decided to stop by. Very pleasantly surprised! The food was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is very nice inside. She had the normal size (haha) hamburger nachos. Well actually, we had them for a couple days afterwards too! ? And I had the chicken and chorizo street tacos. Portions were large, and the flavor was great! We will be back.
Kid-friendliness: Angelina's does not serve alcohol. So, it should be a great atmosphere for kids.“

“I had 5 broken teeth and 2 large abscesses and couldn't eat much of anything but was starving. I was looking for something soft to gum. Thinking tamales or beans and cheese. Of the options the flour tortilla beef birria seemed to be the best fit. I ordered those, a side of beans and, a side of consomme. Was amazing. Just on the edge of what I can tolerate heat wise (I am a wimp). Great taste. I used the consomme to make birria ramen for a later meal. (Just beef ramen, 2 sticks string cheese, and the consomme). It was also great, very satisfying.“

Best Al Pastor Taco's around town, been a dozen times since opening. A favorite in Lincoln Park 3073 Fort has a large following of regular customers 😁. $1.79 each Taco Tuesday packs the place for dine in and take out customers. Sergio and sister Yolanda run the place along with help from three kids. Jalisco Mexico the hometown via Sw Detroit has marvelous Authentic Mexican meals and Booze too. My favorite Al Pastor Tacos 😋 rule, I'm addicted have them once per month. I have them add Sauteed Onions and Jalapeno for a Xtra kicker, with fabulous Salsa Verde. She had the Chicken Tacos 😋, we shared a outstanding Steak Fries. Those fries one of the very best ever Eaten, plenty for 3 or more to share. The spotless clean restaurant and five star service by Yolanda keeps us coming back. Hundred plus 5 star reviews around the web Google and Yelp, a must visit. “The wait was a little longer then most restaurants I visit but well worth it as there was NO microwave used in La Posada's cooking like alot of other Mexican restaurants I visted. Everything here was fresh off the grill and good tasting authentic food takes time and cannot be rushed which I appreciated and understood. My son is very picky in what he will eat and La Posada cooked him items that were not on the menu to accomadate his diet.“

“First time going there. I ordered a home made corn quesadilla stuffed with mushrooms, epazote, cheese and grilled onions. My wife ordered a huarache, which is an oval corn made, thicker dough like tortilla topped with half Mexican chorizo and half chopped steak or carne asada with fresh cheese sliced nopalito or tender cactus, onions and green and red salsas.Both were delicious. The only thing I wasn't expecting was a service charge besides taxes. I guess a lot of places are doing that nowadays.“

“Taco shells were not cooked and rice and beans were ice cold! Straight from the refrigerator! Called the Manager and he couldn’t be bothered to come to the phone! I sure won’t be back! There were no cars in the parking lot and no one in the restaurant and it was lunchtime! I should have known better. Don’t waste your time or your money at this dump!
