“I would like to offer some encouragement regarding this store. The food has always been great. They are convenient, and have a large menu. To be fair, I do have family members who work there. However. This is a GI community store run by young adults. Many whom are also taking college or training courses while working. Not easy. Some are trying to earn a living while they decide on long term goals. They are learning about customer interface, manufacturing process, inventory management, product quality, conflict resolution and probably more. I suspect they have a capacity issue, due to the pandemic and bridge closure, causing the long wait times, and as I am told some "crazy rushes!" These are all difficult concepts for most seasoned professionals. There is no excuse for poor quality, it should be reported and addressed. HH leadership should take responsibility and resolve it as I see they are doing. I believe this store services the community very well and offers employment and learning opportunity for young adults. “I dont give many 5 star reviews if at all, but Vic's definitely earned it. ✨️Cindy B ✨️ was super attentive and had great suggestions. From the bruschetta appetizer (so good it was gone before a picture was taken) to the carmel apple pie dessert, the meal and service were impeccable. We split the rack of pork (huge portion chops) that were honestly some of the best pork chops I've ever had. The village salad upgrade is recommended as well as the house dressing. I highly recommend Vic's for a fine dining experience. You may want to make a reservation in advance and ask for Cindy B.....bon' appetit“

“Always pleasant at SR. Did a To-Go order this time. The chicken gravy on the carved turkey dinner was delicious. The green beans were similar to fresh. Probably the steam type in a bag that is long, not a can version. My potato skins were delicious as usual. The Club was very good as usual but needed to add mayo or other of your choice when we got it home. I enjoyed my tuna salad croissant in-house more than the one I had this time. I prefer not leaf lettuce for next time. The coleslaw was okay. I wouldn't get it again but that is my choice. Hubby added pepper and some other stuff to his to make it taste better. We love this restaurant and have been going there for at least 7 years now. Friendly waitstaff and other staff. Mike has a great place to keep it alive. Lots of menu choices. Always busy during peak times. Only wish they could expand and even have a banquet room on site. Parking is always so full and if the parking lot is full, usually means the restaurant is full or you may have a few minute wait. Booths need a little more room for the larger folks that come. There are only a couple of tables with chairs so some groups have to wait a little longer to be seated at them. If you can be fitted at a booth, they are a little tight for larger folks. They can take the wall partition down in the center to seat a larger group in two booths if needed.“

I got a 12 piece pan pizza with brradsticks and it was under 30$ which is remarkable considering McDonald's is more expensive and the food here is amazing. “Hubby and I were here at Spago South Windsor on Tuesday, May 7th for our 30th anniversary. Our dinner was awesome and the food was so yummy!! No complaints here and a lot of food for your money. “This place is the best! I come here on weekends and they have the highest selection of ranches in the area! I will sit at the bar here for hours on end, throwing back their famous "Ranch Shots". “Holy moly! Best. Chicken. Greek. Salad. Ever! We walked in and the place was packed on a Sunday at lunch, so we knew right away it was probably going to be good. But, we were blown away by the fantastic service and deliciously prepared meals. Homemade Greek dressing was amazing. My friend’s corned beef omelette was perfect, too. I had to try a bite. New ownership, but all the staff remained. Some of the waitresses have been there for over 10 years, so that goes to show they’re happy and taken care of, too. “I had 5 broken teeth and 2 large abscesses and couldn't eat much of anything but was starving. I was looking for something soft to gum. Thinking tamales or beans and cheese. Of the options the flour tortilla beef birria seemed to be the best fit. I ordered those, a side of beans and, a side of consomme. Was amazing. Just on the edge of what I can tolerate heat wise (I am a wimp). Great taste. I used the consomme to make birria ramen for a later meal. (Just beef ramen, 2 sticks string cheese, and the consomme). It was also great, very satisfying.“
