“My friend and I came here for the first time today and we were so impressed. The girl who took our order was incredibly friendly and genuine. They instructed us to turn our hazard lights on if we needed anything, which was great to know! Different staff members came and helped us when we needed something; each being sweet as pie. They were busy, but the service was very fast and the food was hot and delicious. The customer service is phenomenal here. The girls are very accommodating and fast. Will definitely be back!“

“Best place for French onion soup and a beer. If you are looking for an authentic, family owned, Irish Pub, look no further. This place provides an original, relaxed, family-friendly environment for guests to enjoy. Service is fast and fabulous. The staff is friendly, patient and kind. The place does get packed, but never crowded. Belly up to the bar, rub elbows and make a new friend in Howell. You will not be disappointed here.“

“It’s a good spot that I’ve been going to for a long time. Last night was my first disappointing night. I got there at 9:30 so they had a ‘late night’ menu. Their menu becomes greatly reduced. I can understand it if cooks and kitchen staff are being sent home, but, you can’t even get French fries. I thought maybe they had shut down the fryer. But, they had wings and fried pickles. I asked about fries and the bartender told me it wasn’t possible because the prices changed and I could only get what’s on that limited menu. It was a drag. I can understand cutting some of the more difficult to make foods, like wraps, sandwiches, and salads, but not being able to get fries, is odd. Also, they didn’t have Labatt on draft. They’ve had it every time I’ve been there for the last 10 years. Last night, no dice.“

“Pros: Food was delicious, packed well, done on time. We really like the food at Texas Roadhouse, next time I want to try the fried pickles!Cons: Ordered 2 burgers, one without cheese… both had cheese. Ordered one with fries and one with chili, got 2 chilis. They fixed it once we went back in and told them but very frustrating because they are supposed to check the order while packing it.Pros 2: Called the manager to discuss the issue, she was very nice and indicated she would discuss checking orders before they went out, asked for our contact information to follow up.“

“Last week my husband retired after 22 years of military service. His mother who lives in another state ordered an ice cream cake for him (they are one of his favorite desserts) for our small retirement celebration. She texted me when it was ready for pickup. I arrived to pick it up only to find out Brighton didn't have any cake under my name. I called her to find out what was happening, and it turned out she had ordered it from the wrong Dairy Queen. She ordered it at one in Wisconsin! The staff in Brighton came to the rescue, found and decorated a cake for my husband, and then wouldn't even let me pay for it! Their generosity meant my husband got his ice cream cake and we were cared for at an important moment in our lives. Thanks for your support of service members and veterans!“

“Just left after having a meal during a rush--the GM was visibly very attentive to their staff, checking in on all employees to provide support in between actively also helping other customers. All staff was very polite and attentive. Even with longer lines would come back because you can tell this location is hardworking and kind“

“We are season pass holders and snowboard a lot at MT B but we do love the grill. The atmosphere is pretty great and you get an up north feel. Sitting by the fire having hot chocolate or a beer with friends it's always a good time. When you can't make it out west or up north this will help you enjoy winter in Michigan a little bit more.“

“Everytime I visit I order the salads I like the way they are presented I asked the waitress who made the salad she said his name is Richard zamborowski I think that he must be a professional chef with a presentation like those salads I hope that red Robin appreciates someone who takes the time to make a customers salad look presentable if I had someone like him working for me I would definitely pay him a really good salary“

“I have been coming here for over 20 years, no joke. It does not matter if we sit at the bar or on the floor, the service is amazing. If you do sit at the bar you catch a front row view of the chef absolutely killing it. Like seriously, if I am full it doesn't matter - watching them cook, I'm ordering something. But all the servers, bartenders and kitchen staff are top notch at a place that is comfy and welcoming. The place is full of regulars that are friendly and happy to be here every time. ?“

“There was hardly anyone in there between 3pm and 4pm , but a few people were coming and going while I was there. The wait staff there was excellent, very friendly and curtious, and the cook did an excellent job on the hash browns. I am usually don't like them because most places either overcook them or they are raw and too greasy . “My husband and I compromised on 4 stars he loves the sliders and would give 5 stars. I think they are mushy on the bottom and the middle is gross, 3 stars. The fries are amazing. Would recommend going for fries and other items. We do not live in the area was just passing through so we have only used the drive thru. They were quick and efficient. Our order was correct, hot and fresh.“

“Very easily seen from Grand River, very close to I96 as well. Easy in and easy out with lots of parking. Parking lot is well lit. Food is very good, service not so much. The food definitely is the highlight of this restaurant. Staff is quick but can be rough around the edges at times.“
