“Mom and I enjoyed the lovely house salad Thursday evening at Shorty's Grill, owned by my classmates Matt Dunbar and Joyce Slagter Dunbar. Matt recognized and greeted us almost immediately upon our entrance, which was really nice. The house salad: iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, walnuts, dried fruit (cranberries for us), blue cheese crumbles, red onions, smoked croutons (unexpected but delicious taste!), and optional pulled chicken. We chose blue cheese dressing and used the dipping-the-fork technique. I asked for onion-free, but Mom had her salad with onions. We both left happy and full! Thank you, Shorty's Grill!”

“The first Peach � Long Island was quite tasty. Really enjoyed the spinach salad and he enjoyed the lasagna. The Mackinaw Island cheese cake was a very nice sweet treat to share.”

Now I am not a fan of lemon but my dad is and I tell you what that was pry the best lemon cake I have ever had!! 10/10 recommending her to everyone!! “You have to try this place if you like ice cream, especially if you enjoy a good old-fashioned malt. This place is AMAZING! I found out about this place a few weeks ago and have been there several times already. The only issue I have had is trying to find a good, legible menu to look at prior to going (and if you have ever been there, you understand. The line can get quite long, but worth the wait.) So, I am posting with 2 pictures of the entire menu on the drive-thru wall. I hope this helps anyone looking to find their flavor choice before getting in line. Good luck and happy eating!
