“One of the nicest locations I’ve been to in a long time. The indoor and outdoor seating is spectacular. It’s peaceful and calm. Staff is kind. Drive through is convenient. I loved that they don’t lock their bathroom doors like many locations these days.“

“This Dunkin’ is by far the best Dunkin’ experience I’ve had. I’m one of the regulars there now and everyone knows who I am as soon as I come through the drive through. It all first started with the lady with pink hair. She was always super kind and showed awesome customer service, then I met Ma-lay-na who also displayed patience and empathy. There are 2 other female workers there and I sadly don’t know their names, one has short darker hair and then the other is just really short and has her hair in a pony tail. These workers are also always kind and bring a smile to my face on some of my worst days coming from my work break for my daily Dunkin pick-me-up. These team members need to be recognized for their hard work and make me want to keep coming back to this location. A huge thank you to this particular franchise for caring about your customers and providing great food and service!!

“Everytime I go to this McDonald’s. The staff is always great. Kaitlyn was very fast and efficient. Always very nice and welcoming. Odele is always very sweet when I go there in the earlier morning! Get my breakfast before work and always make me feel seen. I appreciate all the staff!“

“pizza and bread sticks are amazing! and shout out to Captains on Main. we ordered take out tonight and we got delayed picking it up as we drove up on an accident and assisted the injured and I called there to let them know we will be delayed picking up our pizza and they kept our food warm until we could get there and told us not to worry. best customer service hands down and delicious food“

“I stopped here because it was open at 5:30 and i had to be to work at 6 and Biggby wasn't open until 6. Figured it's right down the road from where I work and I've been wanting to try it. I tried the caramel latte ice and it was pretty tasty. Next time I would like to try it hot and see if it's still as good.“

“Ok so I work in wixom and the Starbucks I usually go to (on Beck road) is closed so I started going to the one in new Hudson and LET ME TELL YOU how much I love this location. To make things better, my favorite barista from the location on Beck, Rachel, is now working at this location. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, this pure hearted woman bought my coffee and wrote me a cute fricking note on my cup. I live nowhere near this location and although I work a few miles away, I will come to this location as long as I feel boujee and need my cold brew, which will probably be forever. Thank you so much, Rachel. You frickin angel. You made my whole year.“

“I work close so I come alot in the morning and this is my favorite biggby I've been to in Michigan- and I've been too alot of them. They take the time to remember my name, it's always fast service, food is always excellent when I get it and the atmosphere though it may be small is not lacking! Shoutout to Karla/Carla for being so welcoming from day one!!“
“I had never heard of everbowl, but walked past on National Açaí Bowl Day and they were giving away everbowls for free so I tried one and now I’m hooked! These are delicious and a healthier take on ice cream. I’ll definitely come back.“

“Shout out to the Sunday morning staff (9/7/2025). I made the wrong mobile order for my daughter. The staff offered to quickly remake it, did not charge us, and even gave my daughter the Steamer I had ordered in error. Really pleasant experience! (And a nice sidenote for you, my daughter loves the steamer, and I can imagine ordering a bunch of those in the future now, too. 😀)“
